just consider that this phone has the most powerful hardware on market about camera and IS BRAND NEW so obviously there are bugs to fix but don't worry they are going to fix them, this phone is going to be a monster with last firmware so N86 is going to be the best!

The over all responsiveness is quick and snappy, some times it slows down yes, but do I consider it a showstopper or even a mid nuisance? No not at all...
My only complain with the speakers is that when you go beyond 70% volume music sounds horrible, but I mean of you need more volume buy some portable speakers and you are done!
This is my ninth set, I've had 3 nokias, 3 SE, 1 Siemens, 1 Samsung and a Motorola, this is the best by far I've ever owned.

My husbands black o2 upgrade N86 came yest, i set it all up for him last nite n he now using, everything seems to be working quickly, good camera etc.
I have ordered the N86 in white from the nokia shop.
Will be back once i see how the 2 phones go.

Heard Nokia is launching some big phone on 26th January...could be N87. I'm waiting now that some negative opinions about N86 has come up...regarding speed, speakers.

i am using for 3 months.charger went useless after 2 mth.now ookia service centre is not replacing it

hi im having trouble with my speaker, it sounds very low!!! is there a problem with my device or is it something that can be updated with a software/firmware or a code.... can someone please help.... when on a phone call cant even hear wat they say, on loudspeaker its normal... please if anyone knows how to fix this problem please tel me... thankyou

I have Nokia N86, Bought from Pakistan, it is good phone. i updated it to firmware 21.006.. it is sometimes too much slow and sometimes it is very Fast. when it is slow it does not play movies smoothly no matter which player is being used, i.e. SmartMovie, coreplayer, divX player or its own realplayer. same fault when i record video from its camera. i Think firmware is still not good or hardware is not meeting the needs of the Firmware to run Smoothly. Even after formating the phone Same problem remains. Any one Knows the Exact Cause of This Problem!!!!!!!?

They say that N86 latest firmware v20, as well as 5800 v40, N97 mini and all other OS 9.3 and 9.4 latest firmwares are no longer hackable. That sucks!

Its useless talking n arguing wit u. U r kiddish n stubborn type stickin to ur opinion ' k800 beter than n86'. If u bought it in italy n u got made in china, then u've been cheated. U have a faulty phone. Dat is why ur k800 is better than n86. Coz if u gonna see our n86's performance then u gonna go nuts....

If u want nokia made in finland, u'll have to order it 4m there. For that, u'll have 2 pay extra tax and shipping cost. I'm 4m asia. If ur 4m asia, then we are using the same product made in china. Nokia has its own manufacturing industry in china 4 asian suppliers and dealers.

I'm an N82 user. And I also like N86. But it's touchscreen bandwagon already. So I might skip this one and save a little more for maybe N97 or N97 mini.

K800i can't even beat N82, how come it can beat N86..
K800i is not smartphone..UI interface very easy..
N86 smartphone, so it a bit complicated..
if u dont like N86 so much then get out of here..END..

I'm using shis device for a month, and yes, it's made in China. This doesn't mean it has to be built to lower standarts than the ones assembled in Finland.
The phone is not worth the money it sells for (I got it for 279EUR in Italy BTW).
A K800i gives a better user experience in that it delivers on ALL promises!
