just perfect for me,,had an n96 unlocked for 4 months till i cud take no more..this phones battery and speed is pure heaven and love it to bits,oh and its solidly built too

Got N86 4 wks ago and super upgrade to n958gb,cool display good spkrs for voice &ringtones with hi quality but can distort at 80% but voice in vid playing 10/10 ..cam & vid &audio good but use own cams the supplied are quiet.. Good battery

This time i left it in 3g mode using senheiser cx300..Need to do gsm mode but on o2 its in edge which seems to kill battery so will try on vodas gsm/gprs network and give that time..

Non-stop mp3 result at 90 percent volume which was a bit too loud but its my usual test...16hrs 10 mins..

guys i have a problem connecting my n86 to pc...i am using ovi suite when i connect my mobile it says ur mobile is in file transfer but i put it on pc suite what should i do !!!!

kaushal, 26 Oct 2009let me share with u my xperience of the battery.....4.25 hr... moreThats roughly what i get on edge network and seem to get longer on 3g on average..I did a video run and 6hrs 20mins ..I usually do an mp3 loop test but this n86 is good enuf at estimated 19+hrs depending on volume etc..In fact i will do an mp3 test using 80-90 percent volume with wifi/bluetooth etc off so in other words the same test ive done for about 4 years..will publish results..

maz, 26 Oct 2009What r the main problems of N86? I cant read all opinion... morei don't have any prob on my n86, i already drop it once but still its good... the only prob on this n86 is the style hahah... but i loved the features and performance of this phone.. specially when you take pix

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I got it 399 GBP ,,their were others but only had 2-2.5hrs battery the one i got was rated 4hrs,,,with proccessor on low and screen fully down i get 5hrs 10 mins wifi surfing,,
Before this i had 1.66ghz single core 1gb ram gma 950 graphics cheapy chip..To be honest ripping cd opening real player a little bit faster on new laptop but it crashes out sometimes saying windows explorer has stopped working???? To get the good laptops i was looking at needed about 2500-4500 GBP..Anyhow windows 7 discs on the way sometime i got it free upgrade with laptop..
Still enjoying n86..I have black and red theme and use n86 in closed position playing mp3s and looks like its just an mp3 player not a smartfone..

let me share with u my xperience of the battery.....4.25 hrs with nonstop surfing nd downloading using my edge/gprs network.....5 hrs with nonstopping talking.....16 hrs nonstop music playback.....6 hrs with nonstop video playback.....around 3 days standby time ie on very little usage. Bt with my heavy usage it rarely last 1 day. These values r based on calculations by the software ion battery meter. R these values anyway impressive? Reply me.
