Hi guys i want to knw the price of this phone along with your experienced how abt the all over performance of this phoen please answer me as soon as possible... cos i want to get a phone that can replace with handycam... so i choose to go with this phone is it good or not.. & with nokia is 8MP is the largest MP or we'll get more than this.... please let me knw

whatever..don't compare Japan's domestic market to international market. Its a different story there....the sony wins on too many fronts when you look in it with that perspective. It looks worse when you see the stuff that SE are releasign compared to what they have in japan. nHD???? uh its all about WVGA!

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2009japan phone vs worldwide phone??first you dis a japanese keitai~~now its unfair to compare it to the n95...you seem pretty biased reading what you want to hear. I recognize SE has made some bad quality stuff, say the k850. I'm not totally convinced on the Idou, but I am confident about the so905iCS
As for the aperture..I've explained everything again and again.. And you IGNORE it. Other people who uses cameras tell you this. Multiple apertures are useless~~It will default to the most open one everytime. Next time don't say EXMOR is a gimmick until you recognize everything else is also a gimmick.

Idou has a better camera, but if you want a really g0od images, then buy a dslr/digital camera..
Its a ph0ne, just l0ok at the rating.. Idou ha g0t 8.9/8.9/8.8, and it has more visitors..
And this ph0ne g0t what?
The lens was made by zeiss and n0t n0kia, while exm0r was made by sony.
Btw, do you f0rget that this is just a n85 with a 8mp camera?

As a follow up, I have had a Canon EOS series, changed to Nikon F series, and now I have an Alpha-200 after I sold my previous cameras.
All of those brands, I made sure that I have a standard normal 50mm/f1.4 lens. With this fast normal lens in indoor and casual shooting, I have to make the full use of maximum aperture of f1.4 @ISO100 to have the correct exposure.
That poster here on the boring aperture thing should take note of the above that I have to fully open the aperture at f1.4 to obtain the correct exposure... how much more with his f2.8 or something lens which is a lot slower than my fast normal lens.
I hope that he'll understand now that the boring variable aperture he is bragging around is useless in casual shooting.
