Do you know that in indoor shooting, even high end DSLRs with very sensitive sensors are exposing at maximum aperture? Your less-known sensor mate will always open your lens aperture to maximum in casual shooting, therefore this boring apeture thing is useless.
You will only make use of your boring aperture thing if you are shooting in direct sunlight at the Sahara or Arabian deserts. Anyhow, spend your vacation there if you wish to make use of your boring aperture thing, I have been there and the panorama is breathtaking, very clean, prestine and beautiful.

i didnt say about digital camera feature but i said what the exmor has, do you understand ? because of there is EXMOR sensor on digital camera so the digital camera can have many high feature quality like what i said.it is EXMOR quality and not about digital camera. according to all your comments, i think you are a stupid guy coz you still dont know what i said so i must repeat my comment again and again.
many guys have already seen the exmor image quality then they tell u about that.se fans must not use idou to know idou image quality coz they know exmor quality, you can see many pictures are taken by SE S001 so you will realize how great the exmor quality is...S001 use 8mp exmor sensor but idou use 12mp exmor sensor.
SE S001 phone can be used as your imagine to show how great the exmor is on idou. do you understand ?
actually you have no rights to talk about camera quality coz you just take the features mean from dictionary then put in this forum so it is useless to speak with you about it who dont know anything about the camera quality in real world coz you will never understand.
iam bored with N86 aperture coz variable aperture without high pixel quailty and high res image is useless...

The keys should look like the nokia 53330 xpressmusic.
The current keys look kinda..plasticky..?
And it should come with xenon flash and 2.8 inch screen considering it's 600+ euros.
Otherwise pretty good.

dont worry about the nokia n86 not having the xenon flash this new flash is almost as brith as xenon flash and can be used for night video the pictures taken from this phone is awsome and no other 8 megapixel camera phone comes close to this watch out idou

it offer user variable aperture... moreYou are taking fixed aperture in the wrong context.
All half decent lenses (Including P&S) have multiple apertures~usualy shifting from f/2.8-14. However there is a large tendency for the camera to stay at f/2.8 for VERY GOOD reasons~~I don't see my P&S going to f/5.6 for no reason.
The inscribing on the lens 5mm-15mm f/2.8-5.6~~~REFERS TO ZOOM! If the lense is at its widest then its smallest aperture will be f/2.8. At its most tele focal length the smallest aperture is f/5.6.
Now excellent lenses won't say they have multiple apertures~They say their smallest aperture. Say Leica 50mm f/0.95 NOCTILUX, or Canon 70-200 f/2.8. In zoom lenses a fixed aperture (Meaning when you zoom the aperture doesn't change, but still adjustable, say for hypofocal) is VERY good.
As for the 28mm thing~~It really doesn't matter that much. Its shown to be hard to make a good and sharp wide lense~~Even Zeiss can't bend this exception~~Especially with this relatively bad lens (Applies to all cmaeraphones). Barrel distortion and such will probably plague it.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970actually many phone is much better than iphone. what iphone offer ? iphone simply offer good UI and the apps store. iphone spec-wise is not good for it's price. camera 2 mp, no setting at all? well i know, if want real professional, better buy DSLR camera, but still if we can get better camera with the price, why not ? bluetooth cannot support file transfer also sux, i use bluetooth alot as file transfer, iphone simply unuseable for me. even with the new iphone 3G, they only add 3G, but the price goes up like crazy. what's good in iphone other than that touch UI and app store ? they only doing good because they only offer 1 model unlike nokia and other brands that offer many models (with this, people stuck in iphone, but with many brands especially nokia, people easily forgot previous model as many new model come out)

Canon is still #1, but Sony and Panasonic have Nikon beat out in the P&S market. For Pros its a Nikon and Canon duel, but again Sony is starting to creep on them with the a900 and Panasonic plans to take the market by m43. And every manufacteurer makes their own fine glass~~Even Sony has good 'Zeiss' glass and old minolta glass. Panasonic has leica's help and leica has their good stuff (50mm f/.95 NOCTILUX)
Why am I here comparing Cameraphones to real stuff? uh...Sony can make good cameras, just like Nikon and Canon occasionally make bad stuff. Each has something good~~its just not syaing Sony has no awards, because at the end of the day the sales count is what matters. And nokia dominates (Although not by Nseries but low end s40 phones)

Just like how Schneider-Kreznach, EXMOR, Carl-Zeiss are just gimmicks. Nokia, Samsung and LG will follow SE into super high MP density zones~No matter what you guys think>>IT WILL HAPPEN for marketing reasons
