i have this phone. Good performance and good camera phone! Digital camera and cellphone in one! I have the white one. Classic and Elegant, it depends on how you will use it. If you manage to take care of it, it will not turn yellowish. You should polish it with a clean cloth.

Hey n86 user have you tried vhome applicati0n? Its a very nice applicati0n that you can change the looks of your home screen, make your wallpaper full, big clock,a max of 14 shortcut icons and m0re. Just google it.
And its n0t only for n86, its for s60v3 and s60 5th i guess. I feel my two phones are new n0w. N86 and n81

Thats the reality i hate aBouT V30. The pic quality is less than v20. So im hoping that n0kia will solve this on v31.
I prefer black its m0re simple and musculine.

I thinking of getting tis N86,but both colors look nice on its own..black or white? which one look nicer? heard that the white one will get yellowish after months of usage is it true?

Hi guys. I have some doubts and I may be wrong. I feel that the new 30.009 update hasn't really improved the picture quality. I think it is poorer than the images taken in the previous 21.006 version. I find the 31.009 pictures grainier and less sharp. You may appreciate this only when you view the images on PC. I could be wrong...what do you guys say?

what about TFT screen?... moreAmbient matrix oled is better when compared to TFT( thin film transistor) coz it draws less power from the battery and provides more vibrant colors..
In my general experience,
. I've tested to play one similar video on nokia n86 and 97mini and i own 86 , i was surprised that the videos are more natural when compared to a tft screen even though its more in size :-)
choose by experiencing yourself visually, not only through the reviews.
you'll definetly like the display of n86..

I've tried to install the ovi maps on it..
It won't happen it will just install on the phone memory without any notifications..and it eats 8mb space on phone..the phone slows down alot due to lack of phone memory..

My phone is starting to ... moreHi, first of all check in the sms menu->options->config->Other->memory in use->select mass or external memory, that will keep your sms on other drive than the "c" (phone) memory. Also you may check for unwanted apps or files on the c memory to delete them.

And through the provided earphones in the box the quality is really good..and although you can plug through your favourite 3.5 mm jack headset for more experience..
