Well it reall depends on the kind of phones you like, personally I would go with this phone, first of all, it's Nokia best, and it's very excellent in terms of features and speed, camera is kickass too. very good phone, but then again pretty much all of Nokia's phones are good.

im in india i got 40.2012.21-3 version update frnd..i got it frm my malaysia frnd 5 months b4...1800 myr,rupes 31150.its wroth mobile..im totaly surprise... all must need apps r avaliable in ovi store and meego.org ...nokia n9 rocks..if somebody has usefull apps r some details mail me plz..gmv_withu@yahoo.com

im a nokia fan..i used nokia smartphones from 6600,7210,n73,n73m,n95 8gb, n97,n8,nokia 701...after a long run i got nokia n9 64gb black in india...great device..nokia rocks in 1ghz i cant belive n9 runs on 1ghz...ui is great. Suprb display..i dnt use apps and games ..only facebook ..sms..calls.. Comparing to 701,n9 has good battery backup.. 701is user friendly and lots of fictures is thr..comparing to many high end droid 701 is a great..n9 rocks..its swipe smoothnees is equal to quadcore phones...i compare with s3 too..waitng for wp8...

It's strange that given the great N9 sales figures and how well public and press hailed the phone, there still is no office editing software available for this device. How hard can it be for Nokia or developers to build one after 1,5 years since the device went on for sale? I hope Jolla or someone affiliated with MeeGo does something about this soon!

planing to buy a nokia n9 for its looks...but m gettng confuse...can ny1 say me...how r da apps n is it available lk da android apps.....n 1 more...m a game freak evn in cell phone...so is dis cell phone hv some really good games like da android....so plz let me knw ASAP...:)

von, 11 Jul 2012What makes you say that that was Elop's decision?I m not sure about it but as i mentioned earlier, it is just my observation. Everyone including Elop for sure will agree that Meego is the best user friendly simple OS. so one would not want to let it go so easily. Now that Nokia is tied up with Microsoft, they have no go to show this openly infront of thier partners as M$ pays them huge bounty to push windows phone....So seeing all this i guess this Jolla might be the backup plan of Nokia. But anyways, one way or other Meego lives on....thats we are actually concerned about.
