Ok People..it all started about June 2011 when the handset was first announced...loved the looks, design and the UI. Started saving for it and sometime around that Aug heard Elop is going to kill Meego, felt so sad. So for now about 3 months my mind was with Lumia 800 or the N9. Price and thinking of future support was in support of Lumia 800 but my heart was with N9. Also, N9 was not available in my country, was quoting about $500-600 on ebay. Finally landed in the country where n9 was available and the lost love started again. I had Lumia 800 along side with me for direct comparison. All my friends said Lumia coz of future support etc, so I thought better to opt for it coz u never know, so was about to pick up Lumia and I go to this store and just ask what about N9...the sales person says...It has been just discontinued, but I have a last piece...it was just over $220 for 16GB. Wow...sealed the deal in a minute and there you go...I finally had the black beauty in my hands and been in love ever since.
I just cant get it...what went wrong at Nokia during May - Aug 2011. Such a poor decision to go with WP7. I liked WP7 too but Meego is so much nicer and simpler. The experience is just superb, amazing !!! I soon upgraded to PR 1.2 and started loving it even more. So many improvements in one release...the camera, music player and the menu functionality is much improved. For every one who wants to buy a N9...this is the time...you can always buy a WP, but for Meego with a matching N9 design, this is the time...Don't even have second thoughts about it, like me. You will fall in love with it immediately and will remain committed. Nokia sold about 2.2 million Lumia phones in last 5-6 months with so much of advertising, marketing push. I just read somewhere N9 has sold very well for Nokia, say about 2 million units since Oct last year, that says a lot of how dumb the decision was to go with WP only...anyway I am excited and feel sad as well.

I am using it for the last 8 months and no issue at all. So, feel free to use it and you have also got one year Warranty from Nokia...

Can some one explain how to change the font size...?
I'm using Font manager and installed a new font. but, could not configure it to work.

You must know that Nokia has its factory in China too..

My n9, is assembled in china, org nokia, singapure region serings, works fine, just wirelles is week.

I want to know if Nokia N9 is also made in China ? anyone of you came across a China made N9 ?
I got one from Dubai, but on the box it says - Assembled in China, and date of manufacture is around March 2012.
I had read that N9 are made only in finland, so just worried if China made ones are real ??
Can you throw some light ?
