But there are two FM radio applications in the Nokia store. Go to store and search FM radio. You'll see them both. But they are not free. I've used both of them and both are running fine. One more thing in the new update most probably Nokia is giving FM radio app by default.

using a cell phone was never better than before!! The three views on this device viz. Homescreen, open application and the social updates view; all together make this device very powerful and easy to use!! Amd dont worry, ur doubt can easily be solved by swiping from any edge of the screen!! ;-) and most important, go and immediately buy the fone, who knws that the next day elop goes bananas and decides to boot the n9 with windows software!! ;-p

The app will be closed and you are back in menu or of you want to open multiple apps then don't Swype down to close the app. Swype right or left. The app will remain open and you are back in menu.
Don't worry when you purchase this phone on the very start it will give you tutorial.
Also you can go to YouTube and watch a video.
But trust me its not difficult. After that tutorial you are good to go

ppl please help me out here. with n9tweak You can change your GPS provider between nokia maps and google maps. i wonder what are the ppl experiences of the 2 GPS providers. to me you can find more places with google maps such as shops like groveries store, restaurants and so on. what i dont like is that it always takes you to the bigger and faster roads but With Longer distance eventhough is smaller streets with Shorter distance can take u to your destination just as fast

I've been using N9 for 2 weeks now...
I used to have an android phone by samsung. it was a good phone because I love the feel of a physical qwerty keypad. Even though the layout and the os is good, it lacks the battery life. If you use it in full apps such as changing fonts via a third party software, also on the wallpaper, the battery drains fast. I love to personalize my phone a lot but most phones running android doesn't have a decent battery life. Also, I'm really not an apps person... that's why I sold my samsung galaxy pro.

I love my N9. It's simple. Fast. Responsive. It has all the things I want. As I've mentioned, I'm not an apps person. I'm good with the social media software: fb, twitter, foursquare, and sometimes mail. I usually just do updates and do a little browsing. I make heavy calls and texting though, but it don't matter if I get the phone drained for a day or two... I still have an extra phone. I believe it has a more decent battery than android phones.

audio is good, especially the headset. video playback is also nice.

camera needs a physical key though but its still okay.

Sometimes there is a lag in opening applications but it doesn't matter. the flow is still good. I've read a lot that lumia 800 is much sensitive or has a faster response than n9... but I think Nokia should keep meego. it's a good ui. it just needs a lil improvement... but it provides well. we have different tastes and needs, and i think some people still prefer a mobile phone that is simple.
