Its is quite annoying handset. You are unable to run .jar + .jad files i.e. Not supported by java. Almost all android apps are not available including the most wanted at recents such as viber, whats app, badoo, kik, line etc. If you are going to search N9 app store you will find yourdelf at peak of hopelessness. Tgere is NOTHING special that can prove it to be distinctive or even a fair app store. So my opinion is never buy any symbian. It is better to spend money on android or ios.

I want to buy this phone, i heard and saw some comments on this site that n9 doesn't support "whatsapp", is it true?

Guys, is Nokia N9 still a good phone? Even though it's been 2 years. I'll just use it as my secondary phone. It's on sale in our country. I wanna try something new. What do you think? Thanks! :)

After using N9 Black 16GB for 16 months and trying out all my friend's Andriod and WPs...I still can say N9 is the best overall. Just ordered a new Cyan from Ebay.com. Excited!!!!!! If anything comes close from what I tested, its the HTC 8X. Dont know why, but I loved the feel of the product.

Please help me
My nokia N9 cant delete applications and notes. When i try to delete the apps, it says unable to uninstall. When i open the camera, it keeps saying its not responding and tells me to reopen the camera or restart the phone. When this first happened, i restarted the phone and after its on, the camera is ok again but my messages, contacts and images are gone. But when i connect the phone to my computer, the images are there. They just dont appear in the gallery. And the camera doesnt work again so everytime i want to use it, i have to restart the phone. But this technique doesnt work anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried resetting the phone but it doesnt work. This problem started earlier this year and i havent got it fixed yet cause the nokia store i bought this from was closed. I bought this phone on october 2011. There was no problem with the phone before. Anyone please respond and tell me what you think i should do

Today is birthday of my N9, having fun with it from one year and still i can't live without it. Its unique loveable. Not have so many apps but have plenty of useful one's. Its Great phone and all N9 users know that.

As i said they are very limited and the phone is for those who don't need many applications and Games but you can find many at nokia-love.ru (use Google translation for this site).

Truly the N8, N9, 808pv and 701 (for general use) are all time great phones if you are not hardcore gamer or netizen.
My observations for N9:
Pro
*Great build ans style
*Great OS and if you are geek there is more inside for you
*Best inbuilt Facebook, Twitter client
*Some good Apps can be found at Noia-love.ru and at *Nokia Store
*Screen notifications
*Great audio
*Good Camera
*Video call possible via Gtalk
Con
*Battery is bit short as this is pro net phone
*No equalizer in native music player
*720p hd video can not be played
*No option to control WiFi and mobile data as possible in Belle
Still the phone has once in a lifetime kind of value.
