DANTE, 15 Nov 2011I recently bought the N9 and to my disappointment its actua... moreebuddy is coming. Simple irc is ready & will be up in Ovi Store, if you're into that.
Thought N9 is for the social types, those that dont use whatsapp a lot.

Simple but beautiful, totally piece of art. Nice battery running in GSM, activate 3G When necessary. drawback is the third party apps support. More responsive than iphone. the maximum volume is low compare to others. The release of firmware PR1.1 make it more powerful. A potential OS to be further developed. Hopefully this OS will revive ASAP in Nokia product.

AnonD-24004, 16 Nov 2011seems like a lie....either that or u got a defective unit. ... moreSome units do have a battery issue due to the sync bug. Mine's battery drain over night if i have auto retrieve emails every 30 mins. Even if you set up facebook feeds it drains the battery even more, and if you have allow background internet connection it makes it worse, this is why they are releasing the update, and mine haven't got it yet :( so I'm with no emails or facebook :(

I'm waiting regardless as I'm happy with my N9 as it is.

I recently bought the N9 and to my disappointment its actually not for me, I'm quite a social person (no I want a blackberry) the OS is great but to me it feels unfinished. There are barely any IM's to use besides facebook, twitter and google talk; the rest you have to wait for, if they ever come. This phone is for people who have a social life not on a phone. The N8 was my previous phone and I believe its the best phone I've ever had because it did everything I wanted it to do and more.

Using n9 to write this and just updated my software through Nokia software updater from molds Europe website.just wanna say.... Am loving swype!!!!!!!. Just update using Nokia software updater. works in new Zealand. Good luck.
Love my n9ne.
PS: Funny How swype makes me write n9ne when I type n9. Lol.
