I have hold tis beauty in my hand and this device is pretty jolly good.
Since the middle of June I am using the Nokia E6.
There is one thing that will be a problem with N9, and all handsets that comes with a-built-in battery, That is; if you are, like me a power-data-user you will have problem with the battery capacity.
In my E6 i just switch to another battery those days when it is time for recharging the battery. I am not sitting in a office so there is no time for charging the battery.
Most certainly I don´t have the time to recharge the battery when I am out these days.
I really don´t like this feeling.
For those who not using data transfers of 200-350MB a day, it will not be a problem....so I stick further on to my E6, the beauty.
Anyhow, no dount that the N9 is very fast and relly smart.
Eould also see i smaller scxreen so the battery could be better and of course a genuine qwerty..but that is personal bias.

AnonD-19170, 26 Aug 2011nokia isn't tech leader anymore. this device can't offer no... moreLets look at N9 as an example to your argument...
-It has the worlds first high res CBD screen. The best display on any moblie.
-It has 64 Gb memory, more than other phones get even with memory cards.
-It has a totally new interface design that is being praised even by iPhone fan sites.
-It has first actually useful implementation of NFC. I just love the Nokia play 360 for example.
Other Nokia achievementare for example are the absolutely best camera in industry and USB OTG capable phones.
What have other manufacturers actually done? I'll admit that finally stuffing a phone with enough horsepower to run Android smoothly is quite an achievement, but besides that?

nokia isn't tech leader anymore. this device can't offer nothing new in terms of technology. OS looks nice but it's dead end, officialy. but, i can't say it isn't beautiful!

So that too lame... Gsmarena should give ratings by itself because i dont see any fair rating here...

I really don't understand why Nokia is not using this OS for their other handsets. Do they really have to use Belle or WIN 7 (In the future) when they have this? I won't say that WIN 7 is not good but I thing using it for Nokia handsets will limit our options. Either we'll have to choose Windows, Andriod or iOS.
And I would love to use a QWERTY handset running this OS no matter how much it cost.

Krish, 21 Aug 2011So you think nokia is waste of money.... Can you count how... moreyou know.. Nokia can not sell more N9 than there are produced, or managers will go to jail. ;-) Having in mind the "hype" of Nokia CEO about that device i doubt they'll ever make more than 200 000 pcs.

Spazzue, 23 Aug 2011no radio? no radio??? why??? there is FM radio. However radio application is not packaged in the box. Probably that will be one of the two applications worth downloading from ovi store. (other is "mail for exchange" if necessary).

I see a lot of trouble coming from this phone when we want to replace its battery or to reboot the system when it crashes. We did not hear any comment from Nokia or any expert about these problems, didn't we?

Hmm. There is one kind of users
that surely would like hot
swapable Sdhc-card slot. Like the
Nokia E6 has.
This is the reason.
When transfering files from the
computer to the phone it is much
faster to do it inserting the sdhc-
card into the computer than
doing it by USB 2.0.
I think 100 times faster...
I am not that kind of user that do
it often but...
Anyhow, if the phone would
support usb 3.0 it would surely
make some users that often
transfers many files between the
computer and the phone. Of
course, the user must have usb
3.0 on the computer...
I really don+t think this is a big
issue for 9 of 10 users putting
my hand on my heart so to
speak.
64 Gb should be enough for
most people.
I myself would like to stream
music files from a Synology Nas
Server, therefore it is not a
problem having files on the
phone. having files stored on
computers and phones seems to
me be not user friendly at all if
you having a lot of devices. NAS
Server is the shit.
