Dun worry abt apps, meego still has ovi app store frm Symbian so shld be able to run the existing range. Nokia shld try supporting android market app compatibility to make up for not doing Android phones.

I know meego look promising but nokia wil not produse anoother meego device weather n9 becomes a hit or not. So it wil lack support. Saud by nokia ceo in gsm arena blog

What! 8mp camera. No card slot, no radio, no fm transmitter. All features I use regularly on my N8. The N9 is hardly a replacement for the N8!

flop of the year. if we compare it with any android mobile phone, u will surely select android cell. there is so much fun with android cell.

Hot nd sexy design, mascular too. Dhansu camera system. The device seems to hv been packed wid smooth UI. Great hardwares. Exlnt features fulfilling today's needs. But here is question marks on the device OS, weathe it will get further updates in the future? It's so hard for nokia to establish her New OS in d presence of two big size offroaders- Android nd Apple's.

If they keep it, the OS will have many applications like other handsets manufacturers. This MeeGo is very fast built in phone and I think they should keep it forever against Apple and Android OS.
Finally, This means by which the user and a mobile phone system interact, in particular the use of input devices and that software i.e. download applications are vital for future use. So it's good to retain this.

Guys, did u actually know, Why Nokia will not support meego?
Bcoz, there is a quarrel btwn Nokia and Intel. Intel blame Nokia as a wrong partner, bcoz Nokia take too much time to release meego device and also the reason of choosing WP7 as a main platform.
That's why Nokia abandon this.
But meego devices will be released by LG, Asus,etc.
Moral; we will miss Nokia hardware.
