Super cool design ever seen with...
1GHz Cortex A8 CPU, PowerVR SGX530 GPU, TI OMAP 3630 chipset,
          1GB RAM,
16GB/64GB Hardware, OS is the MeeGo, so many specifications improved.

I was using Nokia N95 8GB, from last year I'm using HTC Desire. Finally I will come back to Nokia and get this phone when come out.

then i, 14 Jun 2010 95% n8 + 5% iPHONE ----- = 100% typical nokia (onl... moreThat's not typical Nokia there products are far better than you think. Have you even seen a hands-on video yet don't prejudge. Understanding People? It should be Apple's slogan they have crazy marketing that most average consumers end up falling for. Their products are the overpriced ones their iPhone 4 costs only £190 to make yet they released it with a retail of £500:probably making you pay for their self-absorbed adverts. They claim that they are intuitive yet only the first version of iOS was and they haven't improved it massively in four years. You may say they have multitasking now and a notification center etc. but the multitasking isn't even real multitasking and most of the added features should have been there in the first place. One more thing I have to add, What sort of smart phone is the iPhone when it has two glass panels, it's not smart it's more breakable. I'm not targeting Apple I'm just using it as an example against your argument.

Pretty weak really considering most of the specs have already been eclipsed by the N8. No microSD slot, no radio, 8mp camera instead of the 12mp in the N8, led flash instead of a xeon flash found in the N8. The screen is nicer and you can do 30fps instead of the 25 with the N8, but there's a hack for that on the N8 that will bring that up to 30fps too. And the processor is better than the N8, but lets face it, samsung and nearly everyone else is now using dual cores starting at 1 or 1.3 ghz, so a single core 1 ghz processor is a bit of a disappointment too! I would say this is NOT the game changer that Elop said it was in a press release. It sounds like a decent phone, but far from cutting edge, and I honestly can't think of a reason to get this phone instead of the many others already out there (from Nokia as well as others). Nokia needs to get in the game and step up to the plate, or pack it in and turn over the keys, because they are failing to impress.

its a good phone but im not so interested in it because the n8 had a 12mp camera and the n9 with a 8mp camera. also the downloading speed is also redused from 21mbps to 14mbps.

"Nokia enters into patent license agreement with Apple
                                      Tuesday, June 14, 2011 · 8:55 am

Nokia announced that it has signed a patent license agreement with Apple. The agreement will result in settlement of all patent litigation between the companies, including the withdrawal by Nokia and Apple of their respective complaints to the US International Trade Commission.

The financial structure of the agreement consists of a one-time payment payable by Apple and on-going royalties to be paid by Apple to Nokia for the term of the agreement. The specific terms of the contract are confidential.

We are very pleased to have Apple join the growing number of Nokia licensees,” said Stephen Elop, president and chief executive officer of Nokia, in the press release. “This settlement demonstrates Nokia’s industry leading patent portfolio and enables us to focus on further licensing opportunities in the mobile communications market.”

                                      Source: Nokia Corporation

Florian Mueller writes for FOSS Patents, “This frees up resources for both Apple and Nokia. Apple is embroiled in litigation with the three leading Android device makers (Motorola, HTC and Samsung). Nokia doesn’t have any litigation worries at the moment, but part of its new strategy is to ratchet up the monetization of its patent portfolio. The fact that Nokia has demonstrated its ability to defeat Apple — after the most bitterly contested patent dispute that this industry has seen to date — is a clear proof of concept. Other companies whom Nokia will ask to pay royalties will have to think very hard whether to pay or pick a fight.”

Mueller writes, “This is also very significant with a view to Android. Given that Android is in many ways a rip-off of Apple’s operating software, Android-based devices are highly likely to infringe on largely the same Nokia patents that Apple now felt forced to pay for.”

“I don’t hold shares in any tech company, but if I were an Apple shareholder, I would probably view this outcome favorably. Nokia emerges victorious, but this is a sweet defeat for Apple because its competitors — especially those building Android-based devices — will also have to pay Nokia, and most if not all of them will likely have to pay more on a per-unit basis because they don’t bring as much intellectual property to the table as Apple definitely did,” Mueller writes. “So from a competitive point of view, I don’t think Apple loses much. On the bottom line its profitability may even benefit from this because Apple’s margins face no greater threat than Android-style commoditization of smartphone technologies.”

                                      YEAH THAT LAST PARAGRAPH!
