This is not a legitimate picture of the N9. What you are depicting here is the Nokia E7. Take a look on Google, the N9 is yet to surface.

IF their device will have bugs they will have trouble. The UI and the camera are important things as well. They need to make a really good smart phone if they want to compete Samsung or HTC.
