there is an application available for setting custom ringtones for contacts.. downlaod it from maemo.org & install it.. the option of setting ringtone will appear in ur contact edit area..

I owned the device about a year now, Love the speed of multitasking and web-browser, there is none of my previous phone could beat it. It's abit heavy but not bad but disappointed with OviMap has no navigation, why?.

The N900 do not have navigation. I bought this expensive set thinking that navigation also will be part of it.Is there is any chance of providing navigation features for N900

I dnt have pre-installed skype in my device and i need one but i cant find it online on ovi store may b caz its restricted over here in U.A.E so any one out there who can let me have the link from where i can download it

Hi all ,
I have this beauty.Really a wonderful device nokia has given.there is no comments for its web browsing,just like a laptop.No other phone has all these specification that it has got.
I know maemo developers will make it a super mini laptop which can be put in pocket.
Nokia N900 rocks!!!!!! cheers to all N900 users.
