spire, 03 Apr 2013my n900 nokia mobile phone has started misbehaving after 2y... moreYou must reflash your N900 in order to fix all problems.
Go to maemo.org and download fasher and last firmware and reflash yor N900 via pc.
Only this can solve yor problem.

my n900 nokia mobile phone has started misbehaving after 2years of effective functionarity,now it doesnt save recieved/sent sms,doesnt save dialled,missed and recieved calls,if i recieve an sms and i try to open it,the window opens empty.kindly advise

No need coz... its made for high defenition divice..that can delete any viruses just for q second.. i used my n900 for 2 years... and its great..i got 10 movies and more than 1K songs.. w/0 memory card..and still have enough memory to add more music or even movies,,, the great things for this N900 divice is..all the games,application,office,etc. are in the APP.Manager only.. all you need is to have a..
enternet connections to update the APP. manager..
one things bout this device is... its very durable phone... hardware or even in software.. if you worry about the anti-virus system for this device.. i can asure you..that all the tiny parts of this unit have a anti-virus..tracking system..that can..delete or carry any kind of viruses that can harm to its software.. :D
