Connect the phone to a PC via PC suite and click "Update Phone Software". Make sure you have battery fully charged. Only the phone settings will be reset.

hi all N900 users.
my N900 product version is still : 3.2010.02-8
but now when i cek in app mngr it shows that there is software updated to : 10.2010.19-1 size : 113,1MB.
so should i update it ? is there is something that i should do before update it via 3G conection or wifi ? maybe backup or else ? how about my sms ? become empty or no ?or maybe let the nokia service centre do update my phone ? so far 1 Month i use this phone thre is no big problem, only sometime software freeze for a while,can not chek my saldo ( like press *...# ) then sometime the video player dont want to play my movie even the video taken from built in N900 phone. any sugestion and help ???please...thanksss verymuch.
