Ever since I updated to PR1.2 the overcloc... moreU most welcome dear.
Well, i never ever unlock My N900, and i advise u strongly not to do that, cos you might loos your N900 besides u have to be ready every single moment for re-flashing the N900 due to: freezing, loosing data &...etc.
Since i bought my N900 & i am not trying to do anything un-official with it. :)
this will let ur N900 survive for many months & years perhaps. :)

Ever since I updated to PR1.2 the overclocking doesnt very well on my N900. I have looked on maemo.org but I haven't really found anything. Have you overclocked yours after the update? And if so can you give me a link or something so I can overclock mine again?

meego for handhled ui (pre alpha) will be revealed on june 30

Emmanuel, 23 Jun 2010Hi grant i'm seriously looking for this phone, i'm in south... moreHey Emmanuel, i got my unit from Cell C as they have it in stock, this is bar far the best phone i have ever had,still trying to get my MMS set up then it will be complete, i wanted a bold 9700 but this blows BB out of the water,browsing and everything is quick and skype works great, i can even watch the world cup games on my phone, you making no mistake getting this phone, be aware though you might lose a few friends because of jealousy,lol. enjoy.

I bought an n900 a few months and I live in San Francisco and subscribe to ATT. I made a mistake. This phone is not compatible with ATT 3G and only works on the the ATT Edge network (much slower). I was attrated to what I could do with photos, video, video streaming and the performance on a slower network makes all the wonderful features on a n900 horrible to use. I am a longtime Nokia user and believe they make wonderful products that are suited for me. However I am very dissapointed in the company and not advertising upfront that you cannot use ATT 3G. Nokia should say that on their site. I am giving the phone to my brother living in Greece because to me its worthless without 3G.

i heard that nokia n900 does not support video calling facility. it has video calling facility over wifi or gprs through skype or other net based applications.. and does not support phone to phone 3G based video calling facility.
Nokia website also says "video calling facility will be announced later"...
Does the new version or the latest n900 has video calling facility?
Please someone who has the mobile advise me....
