everyone says the battery is weak, but it's good with me, it lasts 1.5 day with moderate use, maybe because i am on a 2.5g network, i heard that 3g networks drain more battery power. i have wifi in my house and work so i don't need 3g

i am using n900..i am toatally surprised!what nokia done it in?the MAEMO is working very well.i am used before this phone N97 mini,htc HD 2,nokia e72,e71 and iphone 3gs.in fact,the N900 is working pretty cool than others.the graphic is doing agreat work in the whole gaming.And QWERTY is much better than N97.in whole internet browsing experience i must say this,the N900 have abroadband connection speed while we conect to the internet via PC.nokia used a linux based software inthis.so we don't want to pay money to softwares.the all new softwares are displayed in App.manger.we can download them,and upgradce them.And the RAM and cpu are working pretty good.the multitasking is a urevieled version that had in this.Music player and Movie player is amazing!The movie player have supporting most codecs.(divx,mpg,mp4,3gp,and more).we don't need to convert videos.So i enjoying that...The 32 gb is don't giving a hangup while we using media player like N97,iphone.becoz the RAM and Processor working well.So there is no doubt you have no get the waste of mone, becoz it's a ULTIMATE MOBILE COMPUTER..

Is amazing some people writing opinions just by assumptions... Think before you post. Is it possible to release such a powerfull device and just of a sudden stoped to support it?

absolutely amazing phone (writing from it now)
exept for one thing? battery life... i have to charge it twice a day at least...
i have to say that i am ok taking that pain considering what a power house this phone is

But there are new Meego devices coming out soon and people arent sure if the N900 sill get support. So if I were you I would either wait for the next Meego device or probably get the Legend so that way your stuck with a phone that may not get support. But the current Maemo community is very good so it probably will get the support but there is always the risk that it wont.

The N900 is a very poor phone...very Bulky and poor battery life also woulde suggest for every1 to go for the Xperia X10.....

I have been using this phone for 4 months. Am surprised that Nokia has not found it fit to fix this problem of not being able to confirm your account balance. What is the use of a phone that cannot confirm account balance. How are you people out there who are users coping with this problem?

I'm using the 5230 as a back up and i'm surprised how nokia worked on s60 5th and the ovi store for s60 but they need equal support for maemo or meego when it happens

You can't compare Nokia N900 with anything.
