Hi everyone,
I had an N900 recently in Bangladesh,and using GrameenPhone GSM sim in it.Problem is, this is a prepaid sim,we have to check our balance by dialling *566#. But my phone gives an error as "Incorrect Number". Can anyone help me about this problem Plz?
I am filling very bad 'cause i liked this set very much and it is very expensive in our country.

it has the best apps and better then iphone 3g/3gs. becuase in ovi it has an option which says all click that and get more then 1000 apps...

Well, I searched it up and I found out that the N900 isn't the BEST phone because it was due the release date. If they added more cool apps. that would've took a while...

Thnks 4 d rply. As of nw I still don't know if dis phone is already availble here in d phils. Getting a brnd new n900 4 only 15k or less? Is dat wat u mean? I can't really belib it. If dat is true is it very cheap to a high end phone like n900. It's really hard 2 belib unless u give me more facts about it dat i might consider.

Ever... moreI can switch wifi connections on and off and disable/enable without ever losing the sound in my bluetooth headset. Dont know whats wrong in your setup, my best guess is a conflict with an app/widget you installed. Try to uninstall additional wifi/BT apps and see if the problem goes away.
But for sure this is not "by design" as rasengansuggests. Its true that they use the same band,and that there is interference between the two but its not correct that Nokia has implemented such a limitation.

Ever... moreWi-Fi and Bluetooth are using similar frequency, it is designed to activate 1 of these application at a time to avoid data collision. All nokia phones are designed this way and probably all phones which are having both the applications.

in display information the display resolution is 65k!that means the n900 hasnt got a 16 milion color screen?

How can you do MMS on the N900?
If you can view PDF's on the N900 is it possible to view other Microsoft applications as well i.e. Excel, Word, etc.

An... moreit depends on what pc eg windows 7 vista or linux etc you are using, you need to re-rite the b-tooth address of the controller n all, i can send u a guide with details email me on m.ando@hotmail.co.uk roms from emuparidise.com- just use google and download direct frm device also works for snes roms etc

Philippine users:
take good care of your n900 coz nokia philippines wont service your phone in case you broke it for some reason or if it has defect... they will tell you to send it to the country where you bought coz the n900 is not or will never be sold in the philippines.
