i dont think this wont be released here in the Philippines coz i checked their website and the x6 is their newest/coming soon product... you can buy it at greenhills but what if it has problems, nokia philippines wont be able to fix it coz the parts aren't available here and they wont be able to service it coz its not available in the philippines and it doesnt have the nokia warranty...

What a piece of shit!!! Worst nokia phone ever released. And i have only ever owned nokia phones. Used to love nokia until this brick. Don't believe the hype..Still waiting for all the wonderful software to become available, no mms, poor battery life, no portrait mode, no video calling.
I was so excited to get this phone....my N95 8gb is better!! You have all been warned!

been using this phone for almost a mth (coming from a blackberry 9700, htc hd2, htc hero) and have to say it is one of the best phones on the market email works perfectly, the multi-tasking is amazingly quick and never slows down, the browser by far is the best on the market, battery life when i use it is about a day and a half(using email, fb, videos, wi-fi)..taking pictures is a joy with the options given.
keyboard take a bit of getting used to, but cant knock it nokia have outdone themselves with this phone. well done guys !

Hi everybody. I have a very bad experience with N900. I bought it and used it only for one week then it doesn't want to turn on at all. it starts by displaying NOKIA then points .... then stops without being able to start or even to power off.
before having this permanent problem, i have noticed that during ussing the phone and without any alert, it turns off then on (it seems that the OS is rebooting automatically) then I loose what I was doing.
I feel really upset cos I bought it from NOKIA agent in Dubai then travelled home to Cairo and now I don't know what to do.
pls if anyone experienced before the same problem, give me any useful advice.

Branko, 22 Feb 2010I can change the music in the profiles,plz helpyes you can change it. just go to settings and you'll find profile and enter there and you'll see silent and general and under general you'll find a tab for ringtones
tap that and choose whatever you want.

but that ctrl+shift+o only has to be pressed once and then the phone rotates automatically everytime. don't talk rubbish in a forum if you don't know anything about something. just proves your ignorance and arrogance.

Wow sexy beast that is the only 1 model in the modern technical in this world.the great phone, great design,great OS,great speed.NOKIA is best company make toch phone.one thing that make me feel so excite is accelerat manual rotate from it, (ctl+sift+o for rotate) this is what i admire cos other phone company can not do like NOKIA.other toch phone have accelerate auto rotate but NOKIA have accelerate manual rotate.in this case make this phone expensive cos no phone company can not have this technique that is why have alot people like NOKIA.This strategy make NOKIA no like other......

Anonymous, 21 Feb 2010iam wondering, n97 is 1500 mah battery while n900 is a lapt... morei think it was done to reduce the weight and bulk as the phone is hefty enough. but the battery is not that bad considering all the simultaneous job it does.

Anonymous, 22 Feb 2010why would i pay my money on n900 and wait for nokia to impr... morejust name one smart phone which was perfect when it was launched. just one; i bet you can't. all the best sellers? n95,n73,5800xm,e71, e90, innov8, omnia hd,hd2,iphone, milestone, hero,n1 all had their share of flaws but those flaws were hidden by the manufacturers. but nokia already told the world to adopt n900 only if you know how to tinker with your toy, and us n900 buyers knew what we were getting out of the box, no secrets no regrets. and fyi this must be one of the very few phones if not the only one which got so many fw updates in such a short time.
