New Nokia N900 Is a nice handset and it has all the maximum facilities for using maximum functions in it but it is some costly.

Disadvantages include being more susceptible to damage in a fall, and it's not as precise as resistive. Also you can only use your fingers with capacitive, while with resistive you can use your fingernail or a stylus. I've used the N900 a lot (I'm saving up for it) and the resistive screen is very responsive, definitely one of the best resistive screens out there. My sister has an iphone 3gs and while the iphone's screen is still a bit easier to use, the difference is not that great imo.

I think companies can not make a cellphone that be good in every thing but N900 is very close to the complete.

Believe me, this is an amazing phone. Certainly it is better if the iPhone 3GS. I know it firmly, because I have had all the modifications on the iPhone. Just phone it offers ample scope of discovery and the opportunities are large. However, no fee compared to HTC phones. It is still Windows Mobiliga, which are still people who like to rummage for the phones, do not use it in practice.

i had htc hd2, n900, n97 mini, nexus one, iphone 3gs, and after all said and done hd2 is so far ahead of the rest it is almost ridiculous, its like another guy said it seems like its from the future, the thing is so fast it makes 3gs seem slow and everyone knows how fast it is, i dont know if you can compare them against each other because each phone does some things better than others but if you are lucky enough to get one of those you will see what im talking about
n900 is good but touch sensitivity sucks in comparison to hd2, 3gs, and it is so big in your pocket , battery nooooooo good at all

But r u sure tht resistive ... moreI ended my quest with the n900 over the omnia HD after an extensive research I found it better doe to the incredible support from nokia as well as user community, I recommend you the N900 with the advice you may find short app catalog by now but it is growing fast.
I did mention before I would buy the OMNIA HD too for to keep both phones and do not change my mind on it, but that in the case i would have the money if you really want capacitive screen take the OMNIA HD, it have more megapixels very well controled, a faster camera lens, the screen is larger but less resolution than n900.
I wouldn't like to tell you exactly want to chose just give you information for you to be happy with your decision.
