deep space abar, 11 Nov 2009 sweet how is the keypad since it's longer and bigger? you... moredon't know yet which one i'd get. probably the cheapest.
but my favorite is definitely the N900 (that might change once I play with it this week end... we'll see)

the keyboard of the milestone is really nice.
but it's my first phone with physical keyboard, so I can't compare with any other device.
it's technically bigger than the one on the N900, but it's flat.
so we'll see how the curved keys of the N900 react, it might be better for my big thumbs.

point that I like about the DROID (or milestone):
- the 3.7" capacitive display.
- it's flat (read: thinner than the N900)
- it already has MMS included (no need to wait for some programmer to make the app)
- the android market is (for now) bigger than the OVI store.
- I L.O.V.E. that little station they made for this device (the one you put the device on and it turns in kind of a alarm/music/weather station... it's awesome)

point for the N900 (from what I read in reviews and the video I saw on youtube... again, that my change after this week end):
- the Maemo OS seems to correspond more to my needs.
- the camera (video AND photo) seems better as well.
- 4 screens instead of 3 for the DROID.
- it's a tinny bit more powerful than the DROID.

again, I'll probably go for whichever is cheaper or whichever is first offered by T-mobile.

why not verizon: CDMA really doesn't attract me at all.

why not AT&T: they're probably the worst: expensive, the network is not that great, and if you come to see them for a new phone and you tell them you don't want an iPhone they are (at first) rude, and then leave you alone in the store without helping you anymore.
