But N900, Maemo OS, something new, & not only new..Powerful in everything and cant be compared to other devices....
Nokia also promised to make the device perfect when released, therefore, it is taking time to be released officially,,,
i know it hard for N900 Lovers to wait ( me too..) but it is better to wait little bit more & enjoy the device with all problem solved, rather than having the device so fast but suffering with it..:)

there is rumors here and there.
but no official dates.
Plus we all know that "official" dates don't really mean anything with high-end cell phones nowadays.
Oh well... sooner or later it will be there.

Nokia should have made it THINNER! So thick! Couldn't they make the screen abit BIGGER?! And add a better QWERTY Key-pad? And then add an 8-mp camera? Then PEOPLE WE COULD CALL THIS THE ULTIMATE! FOr now, the SE X10 , HTC touch Hd 2 and MOTO DROID are the reall champions!

And as well he PUSH program for developers nokia is tight on that as well cause they wanna know what the full potential of maemo 5 and n900 is so the device can evolve harware wise and software wise as well

I think the new Maemo system is the best solution for Nokias future because it allows many functionalities
i hope they will create many apps forr it
and ims sure they will cause the maemo SDK allows many to port apps or use SDK tool to develope ones in easy way. =)

Alright...
I know they are working on it with the feedback from the 300 lucky users who got a pre-serie.
But the Nokia store online now states: END OF NOVEMBER.
A whole month???!!!
I mean seriously... it's supposed to be an open source, so it shouldn't take that long to modify little things.
I hope they get the MMS working and more portrait mode friendly as an excuse to make us wait that long.
I'm still gonna wait because it's THE phone I like at the moment.
But hurry up Nokia!
