ok, gsmarena should write bout the new X-Series that was just announced/launched. loving the X6 right now like mad. this nonetheless isn't shadowing the dawn of N900.

it is not extra model of nokia.we can say it is part 2 of n97.most of the specification are same. its better to give different test.

The video has nothing to do with N900. It is a combination of the N95 / N96 mechanics and the 5800 touch screen.
Though as pure curiosity, I have clicked on it, so your gerilla marketing tactics work after all.

For the disappointment of all Nokia n900 lovers.
It is confirmed now now nokia N900 is all landscape mode, only basic phone functions are potrait, what a pity, it means desktop, dashboard, browser, email, messaging, photo gallery will only work landscape mode.
Below is official words from nokia about it.

Maemo 5 UI for the N900 has been designed to converge computers with mobile phone. While most of the use cases are designed to make maximum use of the WVGA display in landscape mode (desktop, dashboard, browser, email, messaging, photo gallery), the basic phone functionality has been designed in portrait mode for single thumb usage. The dial-pad and contacts book work in portrait mode. The rest in landscape.

poor visibility outdoor especially in sunlight..
screen is easily scratched..
very old and cheap technology to be used in smartphones..
screen is soft and can brake easily..
to those losers who just say that there's no difference between resistive and capacitive then better think again instead of talking without knowing something.
