no. the microdrive can handle drops. it has b een tested for 300 drops at different hights.

Does anyone have any idea of the durability of this phone, particulary the microdrive? I hope its not a case of "one drop and ur screwed"..!!

Why do you need a mem card slot when you have a 4GB microdrive. Still if u want to use memory cards, then you might wanna see samsung's i300 which has 64MB internal memory, 3GB microdrive and has a card slot. Besides camera of SGH i300 (i.e. 1.3MP), everything is great.

Some people ask the most rediculous questions!
"how many songs can that memory hold?" It depends on the song length, the quality of the MP3 conversion, etc... c'mon people think!
And whith the storage, it clearly states that the memory can be used for more than just music!
