well with the 4 gigs on that ipod can you play full screen movies? well n70 can and store music and photo's and pda info all in one not have to carry your ipod, cell phone, multimedia device, pda~ and will be much less common then a ipod.....

im confused some people say that this phone sounds just like the nokia 3230 (mono) and then other people say that it is meant to the best sound yet on a nokia phone since nokia are supposed to be getting some good audio sound companies to be working on it and since windows media player is installed on this new nokia then it should be better than real one player. am i right ?

The phone is NOT ONLY for music. It has Symbian too. hello!! You need it for programs, games and video too.

oh yeah thats so true, ipods have microdrives too and i never seen anyone complaining about it dropped and lost everything in it, it cost x2 but it have more stuff than any SE phone, + 3G/EDGE so practically this phone its almost perfect just need a 24bit screen and a SD card slot(which doesnt need) oh and one thing Memory sticks pro duo are expensive as hell a 1 gb one is around 350$ do the maths and tell me what you thing about it, if the microdrive have 4 gb how many cards do i need to equal it? 4 x 250$ ouch my bank account ;)

I want a phone that doesn’t look as if it’s been made exclusively for the chicks.
I want a phone that has a very strong and stable operating system. And there isn’t anything to look beyond a symbian OS V9.1
I want a phone that has EDGE and this phone goes even further to offer Wi-Fi
I want excellent PIM functions and a very good 900 mAh battery.
And there’s more. It has a HARD DISK !! not memory cards. But a whopping 4 MB HDD that was standard on desktop computers in the past.
So u see what I need is not a flashy gimmick of a walkman that is aimed at naïve kids like thou…I want a strong business phone that includes all the latest technologies and that has taken great strides in the merging of different technologies into one particular gadget.
Now can u see where you have missed the point?

there is a comparison.in price ,looks features and please don't just go on 4GB .In sony u have a memory stick easy to download pictures on ur computer.It has a very good camera with flash .WHAT ELSE DO U WANT MAN?????????????????

Excuse me ? How can you EVER compare the 2 phones? I mean WTF ... this Nokia looks like it belongs to Jean Luck Pikard if you know what I mean. Let's not talk about OS Symb 9.1 come on ! 4 GB storage !! And not to mention : Nokia - Connecting People and SonyEricsson - Please Wait.

yeah hamza, u're right, SE W800 is better than N91, even though it has a smaller memory. the n91 has a micro HDD and i think is very sensitive, u can crash it. and the price will be huge.

This phone just blows me away! 4GB of memory, 2 MP camera! I'm glad I got the 6630 instead of the 6680 which will better prepare me to get this phone soon here in the Phils.
This phone is probably the re-incarnation of the 7110 which was a totally different model for its generation.

if u r looking for music,good phone,good looking and want a good camera with flash so i prefer u to just leave nokia N91 and go for sony ericsson W800.Thats the best phone for someone COOL

hi guys, this fone looks good, particularly the wifi for instance. but will it have access to the full www internet like the 9500, or will it just be available to download musics and videoclips, pretty much like the sps from sony, which allow only to download games, even so it's got wifi?

If you are looking at music, buy a sony instead, I just checked with nokia via email and this phone will sound just like the 3230, which is hardly audible. Even the battery is a low amperage one which means daily recharging. And going by the two new launches, its best to visit the service center and see how many people come up with complaints. 6680 and 6681 have a million and nokia is working hard to release a new firmware.

I dont care about the price of this phone, i was thinking of getting an ipod but with this one, i will start saving money now.
and even if i dont save music on it, it beats carrying a seperate 20GB hard drive around and forgetting it every where i go

WOW ... i own a Nokia 7710 ... jusght it a month back or so ...
it works perfectly fine XCEPT sometimes ...
N-91nzing ... n plz ... these ppl r goin for autofocusn flash n card slot n all ....
. u cant get EVERYTHING under one baner ...
with a camrea .. ( 2 MP) who needs AUTOFOCUS ,Flash needed as u wont be a HARDCORE photographer n if u r then go n buy cameras n not crellphones , n abt the card slot ... DO u acxtually need a card slot if u have a memory of 4GB ... wow ....
Just waitin for this phone to release .. just keepin my fingures crossed ....
Dont want this phone to be TOO eXPENSIVE ...
I WANT tHIS PHONE ...
