this is a really good fone but y is it so ugly and top heavy? it would of been good to have the look of the n70 with the music and memory functions of n91 and camera and amount of pixels of n90.

What would be SUPER sweet is if it popped down with a button to answer calls like in the Matrix. This phone WILL BE my next phone. End of story.

Jeeze..... I thought that I would have to switch to SE for the W800i, but thanks to the best mobile phone manufacturer I won't think twice about it. I've had mobile phones from all different kinds of companies, Nokia consistantly beats all of these companies, sure some others may have one of two features that they expand upon, but think about Nokia makes phones for the purpose of being a phone everything else is secondary unlike these other companies(even though they are good about phasing out old tech and adding in all kinds of goodies). For example those stupid 5 MP camera phones, if I want a camera I will use a camera not my phone. The thing about the IPOD, I agree with what was said above, how many of you listen to more than 3000 songs? If you do then you shouldn't have time to talk on the phone ergo stay with your IPOD.

I really hope that this phone supports loud ringing tones like the Sony Ericsson P910.. Unfortunately this phone doesn't support touch-screen.. but if someone were to ask the people outside, majority would prefer this than the Sony Ericsson P910..

The phone is amazing and it can be called the next generation phone but i wonder if it can beat SE W800/P910 sound and picture quality because if you compare nokia's any phone even the 7710 it does not beat the picture and sound quality of Sony Ericsson it does not provide the sterophonic sound no use of having a 4GB for MP3 when the sound quality is not good i am a nokia user and love to carry my music with me and also stay in touch at the same time hence i am planning to switch to sony ericsson.

but how long can you hear mp3?? for W800 you can hear up to 30hrs if phone is switched off...

and isn't the nokia N91 running on symbian OS whereas the W 800 is just a normal camera phone??

I think this phone is kinda good. It has almost everything in it. For all of you who said this phone can't beat ipod because of its memory, well maybe you're right. But do you really listen to 10000 songs in the ipod? I don't think so. Besides, this is a PHONE. It can't have all those fancy things other gadgets have. So, 4GB is good. It can store up to 3000 songs, and some of you listen to maybe 100 songs only. Give it some thoughts, this is a phone. Not a real music player. I like this phone. It can compete with SE W800. But looking at the price, better buy the W800. It almost have the same functions...

The functions are great. The phone is really heavy, I have 6230i in my pocket and it's a bit large. I can only imagine how noticeable 160gr will be... This is a victory for Nokia, let's hope the N-Sereis hits stores in time.

Anish, this phone was just launched and you're asking about the price? the rest too? As excited myself as you all, would you all please be more realistic and show some maturity? Pricing are definitely unconfirmed and its dependent on your mobile carrier/service providers for they subsidise the handsets. For estimated pricing, you can check out Cnet's website on mobile phones. The address? Please use the online search engines.

karma, you should read the specs properly. UMTS denotes 3G and it even stated at the Nokia's website. Do some homework before showing us how lazy you are.
