The one... morei beg to disagree,my n95 was made in China but released in Japan maybe ur refering to N95-3,not all N95s that wer manufactured in China wer N95-3.b4 buying check its product model,silly but u can find it at the back wen battery will be pulled out.

therock, 13 Aug 2008I just recently received the nokia n95 classic. I purchase... morei think u purchased a N95 with no vidcall capabality coz that N95 is only for US version.its about the frequenzy..try buying N95-1 with 2100mhz

difference about n95-1,2,3,4 is that the regions they wer release coz different regions used different frequenzy so nokia releases N95 that suits these regions.some features wer lacking like wifi and vidcall capabilities in some N95 versions.glad i bought my N95-1 fr softbank Japan,all of its feautures are optimized here

i just bought this phone a few weeks ago. My question is about screen. When im using the phone,the screen was bright n turn back to normal again. Is it normal? I thought it was sensor. Correct me if i wrong.

N95 is one of the best phone that Nokia produce for yhier customer it is very convinient to use and user friendly, i love its feature and its cover i love it very simple yet exciting to use grab N95 now!!!

N95-1 is the very first N95 variant, the most abundant N95, and the N95 you usually see in internet photos and the N95 featured in GSMArena's review. It's only available in 2 colors, plum and sand. On the back, it's very distinguishable because of its camera lens cover and only the "NOKIA" is shown. Internally, it's got the least RAM among all the 4 N95's which is only 64MB.
N95-2 is the N95 8GB with fresher all-black look, larger 2.8" screen, 8Gb internal memory, 128MB RAM, no lens cover and the "NOKIA Nseries" logo is shown in the back. It has a 2100mhz HSDPA radio.
N95-3 is the US version of N95-1. The front view is completely identical to N95-1, same 2.6"-only screen and navigation keys. The back view is identical to N95 8GB, no lens cover, "NOKIA Nseries" logo is shown. Internally, N95-3 is identical to N95 8Gb because of 128MB RAM, though no 8Gb internal memory but microsd slot, but softwarewise it's identical to N95-1. It has a 850/1900mhz HSDPA radio.
N95-4 is completely identical to N95-2, save for the HSDPA band which is 850/1900mhz.

dear which one,
g810 is a very very good phone, but there are some things that the n95 family have that the g810 doesnt have
like....fancier menu and gallery hehehe
I believe themes for g810 isnt as widespread unlike nokia units...
ngage!!!
but if you are the camera type of guy, though no there is no doubt, n95 is the king, g810 edges it over with optical zoom, face detection and XENON FLASH but in return...g810 is bulky and cannot record VGA videos at 30fps on low light unlike the n95
as for the price hehehe...n95-1 is teh cheapest I believe and the price of the g810 depends on the region, in our area I believe, its a bit more pricey than the 8gb
as for which is a better pick among the 2 n95 version
hmm there is a thread that I've posted on some of the n95 classic's advantage over the 8gb
but the 8gb outweighs the classic's features on the main guns involved, like more ram, bigger sceen, better battery life if you can afford it and those are the things that you want on a phone, 8gb is a great choice,
if you are planning on upgrading your memory, wants to buy a cheaper alternative than the 8gb, and actually is sturdier (theoretically),and ironically has more features over the 8gb one, n95-1 aka "classic" is a great choice too!!!
so its your pick...if you are image savvy, go for the g810 (or n82!!!)
if you want to record videos at VGA 30fps, have a fancier menu, slimmer, n95,n82 is your choice!!!
