I have used this phone for nearly 4 months now. I don't find any faults in this phone at all. For those who complain about the GPS not being free, please go and get a proper GPS system. I believe for those who knows how to appreciate a 'real' phone wouldnt complain about this kind of thing. As for the battery life, it is really common to charge our phone every night so definitely that is not going to be a problem. So please stop complaining.

gsm arena doesn't say n95 is the best phone that i know of, but i wouldn't blame them if they did cause it is one of the best. i don't have poor battery life on my n95. unless you have used this phone you do not know how fantastic it is. i can navigate and listen to mp3 at the same time and if a call come's in i can take it with my navigation still on. wi fi work's good. etc. etc. etc. free phone's given to the guy's at gsm arena prove that then i will believe it.

You really can't say anything about the phone unless you have actually used it. I recently bought the N95-3, and I am very happy with my purchase. Addresses all of the battery, and RAM concerns with the N95-1, to come up with one of the best mobile devices of the year.

revaad: The phone can be used as a modem, you simply use the Nokia PC suite that is included in the box or from the website, and tether with either bluetooth, or USB.

You say in your review: "poor battery life, no USB charge (yak...), GPS for money- my friend, and no office doc edit..." C'mon you must be joking. NOKIA, please stop feding up these guys with free gift phones to review and let a fair judgement!
