i am having restart problems and in the fourth month of owning it..Many times ive being pulled up by people who have being trying to contact me only to pull out the fone and its crashed,,sometimes it crashes on restarting and can continue up to 5 times to get it going..I have re-installed version 11 software umpteen times but to no avail so going to nokia service center for help.Truthfully its been fine all these months with restarts and crashes just genuine typical series 60 we come to know over the years..Will see if nsc can help

hey when your back light goes its simply because flex has gone bad. carry the phone to the place u purchase it and they will fix the screen for u. the same thing happened to my phone.

paint rubs of quick, software is slow, battery is absolutely pants, camera is not as great as they make it out to be plus it is a brick! no wonder why i see many for sale!

Internet Conection isn´t obliatory, this option is available in case of you have not the map installed in your N95 (it´s a way to save free mamory i think). If you installed the map using Nokia Map Loader, then you don´t need the internet conection when you start the navigation.

This phone is good for about a month, then you get bored!
Beleive it or not, the most rliable phone is the SEK800i (I work for a phone company)
Its reliable and great,
The cam is great too.

Yes i was having same problem, phone was restarting by it self 3-4 times a day and i start cry > ..I return it, now i have Iphone, and it is great..

Nikon N - I enjoy the comment section - I am keeping my eyes open for the N95-3 and I see the highlighted comments - great! Question - you mentioned the 8 gb will have strengthened plastic - does the n95-3 also have improved plastic housing?

i wouldnt waste my time with this phone, i work for a phonre company and have had so many faulty replcements its un true. so far we have had about 25000 yes twnety 5 thousand faultys units, the phone is way too unreliable.

You should have additional charging options (i have a USB based charger CA-100 and having a USB port at my car stereo system). And now you can sling using this phone...

i didnt install the anti virus.yeah maybe this is one thing we forgot most..anyone knows how????
to those who said that this phone is a crap:
---maybe they havent seen the real one.there are lots of "dummy" that are in display stores.
---they sure the best sour graper. its a lil expensive and they cant buy one.

The only problem i got from my n95 is that- it HAS NO problem at all. I own this phone quite a while and still in its "brand new shape"
WHY? 1.i dont put it in my pocket- there will be a great stress on the phone due to twisting,bending and compression. this has a big effect in its hardware such as slide problem,screen,etc. and thus can affect its performance.
2.i dont upgrade firmware when there's nothing wrong with the phone. if u have nothing to do,just sleep instead poking ur finger on the keys for the upgrade icon.
but i have this question..do you guys install ANTI_VIRUS?

Try doing a master reset and then updating it with firmware.

Hello everyone,
I'm about to return my n95 and hoping they can replace it with a new one. I'm not sure if anyone has had this problem, but my phone sometimes restarts itself, even when i'm on a call. and i thought that uploading the new firmware on it would correct it, but it seem to have made the restarting worst. has anyone had this problem? would like some enlightenment and if it would be worth it to trade it in for a new one. i figured that i just got a bad phone.

I don't believe in these guys! Are they complaining of Nokia N95!? I'm saving the money to buy this Great Nokia'Jewel!
Other mobiles are so poor in compare with it!
