had this phone for over a week now and i can honestley say i wish i kept with my samsung e900 although this phone phone has many more features than the samsung e900 im just not happy with the performance of the battery or things like bluetooth or when you try to quit programmes......very dissapointed

stop spamming.
yes, if you use the software updater the warranty still there.
unless you used another method... but you still have warranty.
when you are doing the update you are told to do a back up with nokia pc suite this back up anything from contacts to memory card files.

so, if we upgraded the firmware, original apps gone and the guarantee gone too????
is it legal if nokia know we upgrade it ourself?

Thanks for your help,the thing is I can play music at the background but it won't play the next song from the list and the wierd thing is it will only play the next song from the list if I play snake not other java games I've installed.so when I listen to music while I am playing other java games the music just stopped after one song has been played and won't forward to the next song on the list.Is anyone else have the same problem??

hey ppl i have a question since nokia has not yet made the map for delhi could any 1 suggest a software that i could put on my n95 for the map since the gps is working but there is no map to navigate.......... pls help

ive just started playing music and started playing a game and my music continues in background no problem,so i dont know whats up with your fone ??
I cannot get divx to stay on it keeps coming up ater a couple of trys saying you must install latest version which i have,,so i tried to install movie player but my phone wont accept it,but i read in earlier posts that the n95 uses sisx apps not the normal sis only apps so maybe getting wrong version

hi everyone,
I have recently owned a nokia n95 and luv it,everything is great except I relise a small problem.
Does nokia n95 support multitasking,because when I try to listen music and play games at the same time,the music doesn't actually play the next song it just stop playing .
Is there any way I can fix this problem any software to install??

Allan,you need to use your micro SD card with the maps application on the N95 once & only then will it work with Nokia map loader.A lot quicker to take it out of the phone & download maps straight to your memory card (if you have a card reader) than using the USB cable.

Just upgraded to version 12.0.013 Phone is faster when loading images in gallery...actually a bit faster overall. I can't stop using the damn thing

spent ur money to buy a camera with a built in music player. other than that it is a rubbish !
i was used se before, i will use back if i can cheaper to sell my n95 !

there is only a nokia n95 8gb music edition that nokias coming out with around october- december. there isnt a nokia n95i coming out. also the only difference with this nokia n95 and the nokia n95 8gb music edition is, the music edition will be black and has 8gb, no gps. thats the only differences between nokia n95 8gb and nokia n95. do your research on the internet, see for yourself.

This is interesting. If there would be a real N95i, an N95 Music Edition, or an N95 8GB with improved and tweaked OS and battery life, I may to wait for while before buying one for myself. It is like the N93, then comes the much improved N93i, the N91 8GB and the N73 music edition. Hmmm...

I Compare n95 to n95i its very different. What seems to be a big difference for me is the battery life as well as the touch screen. Its like you combine O2 and nokia in one. Not to mention all the capabilities that n95 has but much much better. With the 20G internal memory, you can store all your music, pic, videos files. What can i say, nokia has done it again. keep it up guys..

The comparisons with sony ericsson's is somewhat bizarre,especially the k-series!I don't know but maybe it just goes to show that many series 60 owners care more about the 5mp camera and the 16million colour screen than they do about the os!Totally different product aimed at totally different people but then again this is where S.E.and many other manufactures have been caught out.5years ago who would have thought s60 symbian phones would be used by the 'normal' person-taxi drivers,plumbers etc.Sony ericsson's top end phones are different.How many child minders own a p-series?LOL
