I've never been so pleased with a phone as with my new N95. Bigger fonts * screen. Much better sound quality & media player. Some say N95's hammer the battery. I've had no probs. Just if one runs certain apps like sat nav the batt may discgarge fast. When I ran tomtom on my 6630 the batt went flat fast. Anyway in that situation just plug into 'in car' charger.

mostly user claim camera quality is superb.i m also user of n95, but i m not like cam quality.n95 flash is weak .n73 cam result is supereb.73 powerful xnon flash.and caputre forground and background briliantly

everyone go to www.mobile-review.com an go to the news page an you will see the new nokia n98 its got a 7.8mega-pixel camera an mtches apples iphone easy its a touch screen an looks brilliant ,but lets see the battery life on it before we get giddy

It is clear that the N95 is king of multimedia phones-that is if you can purchase one that functions properly. Some have said that after updating the software, problems have ceased while others say they persist. Quality control is suspect. Nokia should respond. As for a business phone the N95 is certainly not king. There is no push e-mail; no QWERTY, and no editing of office files...but wait...over yonder I see a new contender...and the name is...E90.

I bought the phone 3 weeks ago. I am using the phone on 2.5G because in 3.5G mode the battery lasts around 12 hours. Within 3 weeks the phone restarted itself 4 times already. Yesterday morning I charged the phone, I did NOT use it the whole day and I set the alarm last night. Today the phone has not activate the alarm and the reason was that the battery finished last night and phone switched off.The battery has the worst life I have ever seen on a mobile phone.I tried to contact Nokia customer service and I was advised that this is the normal behaviour of the phone. Where is the exceptional Nokia customer service?

hey everyone...
is it true that the camera of this phone is not 5MP? some friends say they've read in some forums such as here that the camera is only 3.2MP like N80.. is it true?

oh. by the way i did not need to buy maps or use gprs, cos i had no sim card in phone when i used gps for 4 hours, only need to buy voice guidence as said in review. if you dont believe me try it. also do not load too many apps as it slow down da phone and try saving on ur sd card if it came with phone as mine did.

live in south africa, gps works great and used it a few times,very accurate.battery lasted 4 hrs using gps only.solved the battery life by getting a car charger.awesome phone. only one problem, after one month sent phone in for repairs cos display started going off and on, then it started distorting screen, then it distorted screen and turned it upside down. still waiting for phone to come back, missing it and very irritated.

the nokia n95 is great not only is it a party peice but the awy it all works wih out a fault makes it a 10/10 choice 1 down side tho...battery life

Finally bought it! This phone is awesome. the multimedia capabilities made me switch from SE to Nokia. People who are comlpaining about the battery life were right. HOWEVER, it is still not as bad as i have read in some of the comments. Think about it, if u are using "so many features" at once how can u expect it to last even a day?
Im just installing the maps right now n den ima see how the gps works.

the gps does not work without internet conection even if you have installed the maps.
you need internet conection to use gps, right???????

Hey guys, I am the same guy who came here about a month ago reviewing this phone that i just bought after months of deciding. I was so happy with the phone. It was great. The honeymoon stopped quick fast. This phone was so dissapointing after a month of use that I finally sold if last night for the same price. I am so happy its sold. Its a phone thats TOO expensive to be this flimsy and not solid. I can live with that. This phone is very buggy, crashes a lot or more like freeezes a lot. I can live with that. This phones software even after an upgrade of the firmware is very slow compared to other phones. I can live with that. HOWEVER, the battery life...oh my god....its horrendous. Took it to my freinds house to see if GPS could help me find his new house, the battery was half dead by the 10 minutes that the GPS was on. If you use wifi or talk a little bit, you are constantly worrying if your phone will die while you are out and away from yyour charger. My girlfreind asked a good question, what good is a phone if you cannot use it? its true, you cant use it, cause its going to die soon, you are always worried. I am not going to travel with my charger all the time or a spare battery. it defeats the purpose of have an all in one device like the N95 is branded. People might disagree, i dont care, its my opinion. I didnt buy a 900$ phone to use it at home or in the office next to a charger. I already have landline phones I can use there and the internet. Its when I am OUT and away that a phone is most needed.
Anyways if you anyone is one the fence, Just wanted to say that its not worth it sadly. I tried desperately to love it. I even bought it and used it for a month to give the benefit of the doubt but finally had to give it up. Its got a LOT of amazing abilities and the camera really is good. But what good is a camera or gps when you are afraid of how long it will make your phone run before you are stuck with a dead phone in your hands when you are out and about. Not much.

does this phone have touch screen?????? an readin all da comments am in a dilemma whether to buy it or not......... help me out here..pls... is it a good allround phone????? pls email me ur views.. f u post ur comments here also there is no problem.... but if u mail me it will help me makin a quick decision cos i dont come to whis site very often

ma frnds are tellin tht this phone is amazing........ they are tellin tht even da battery is too good.. but in these opinion polls i read tht da battery aint tht good... who do i believe?

The Front fascia is easily changed by undo the 2 screws at the top then slide down for bottom 2 then remove the microphone from the fascia an put it in new one,also easy to change is part round turn on buttom by just undo the 2 screws an swapping the parts round,the Back of the Fascia just pulls of easily to access the back an the screws to undo,i have not tried replacing the slider yet but it looks easy to change as well hope this helps

got n95 two days ago, damn good fone. i've been checking on net about comments and reviews and been reading about this fone being slow, crashing etc. but nothing on my device. its working perfectly fine, and comparing it to my n73 and w950i, i dont think its slow at all. but it might be for the fact that i have not yet installed any apps on it coz darn orange, they did'nt sent it with a micro sd card, am gonna have to buy one
