Great features but not enough random access memory.Nokia have made a big mistake or maybe it was a strategic move in giving this handset the minimal amout of usuable RAM.Forget multitasking or heavy web browsing!

As everybody else has been complaining, yes the battery life isn't that great, but you guys are forgetting that the phone has a lot of features. You can't compare it to a phone that has less features because obviously the more features a phone has, the more battery it usually uses. In comparison, my 3.2 megapixel cameraphone used up more batteries than my non-cameraphone and now my n95 uses up more batteries than my 3.2 megapixel cameraphone. Of course when you first get the phone you're going to play around with it a lot (hence probably using up a lot of batteries) but you'll probably end up using the phone less over time. Just keep check of your battery status and if it's low on battery, it doesn't take that long for it to charge back up. What's so hard about that? Cell phones were never really well-known for battery life so come on now, give Nokia a break. If they could make the battery last longer, they would have done it already . . . Besides, no cell phone is ever perfect. It will always have it's pros and cons, but as long as the pros outweigh the cons, then I think it's ok. I think you guys are just expecting a little bit too much here. Smartphone or not, it's still a phone, so don't expect it to perform as great as a real digital camera or a real personal computer, etc.

                My experience:
I had it for 2 weeks and then returned it..
Overall great... everything is fine and has many features but:
GPS sucks! (Very slow and very hard to maneuver..) also the no stylus and no Qwerty is challanging.. Think about it: Try to put an address like 5874 east 12th st with no qwerty or stylus,- on a slider (don't drop it!)
My opinion: great to play with,- but if you want to use it,- as a pda phone.- Forget it!

Does N95 Support up to 4GB? As SanDisk website reports that it is compatibility with its SanDisk microSDHC™ 4GB memory card. I wonder is it true?

                      It has every thing.

But the missing is 3D Stereo Speakers.

If it has the same, would be a great piece.

Nokias let a lot of people down who have bought the N95 the Battery is the worst i have ever had on a mobile an drains its self out so quick ,so whats the use of having all the features on a mobile when you can not test them out fully before your mobiles dead, hope they do some updates for the N95 to help solve this problem out

Nicole they are not taking back orders... they are only registering your interest for when the handset becomes available. NO confirmed delivery date from Nokia so it could be at any time.

You will receive a text message stating we now have stock so please call to order.

                            Thanks

Ok so i work for carphone warehouse and pretty much know nearly everything bout phones, when i first heard of it i knew that the phone would be terrible.
However i bought one 3 days ago after playiung with it, and i must say its fantastic. My only problem is the same as everyone elses....the battery.
However if you turn the screen light down and don't constantly use all the features, the problem pretty much goes away.
The only slight glitch is the software, the first day it was a bit iffy, but now its sorted (touch wood). So yeah get the phone, but remember as with everything, there will always be faulty units but the more you sell, the more units become apparant, but look at the big picture!!!
                              Dani

                                  (can't wait)..
                                  however, i've got one question..
does anyone know about what countries are available in its GPS?..
is the Philippines among the 100 included?..

                                  thanks a lot!..

I have just bought one of these phones and was amazed at how easily accessable all the features on the phone are. With other phones I have owned in the past its taken me a while to get to know the phone and efficiently use it as well as I did with the previous one. But with the N95 all the accesibility problems seem to vanish, it's incredibly easy to use and I was blown away as I realised there are more and more features to this phone than it lets on. Some other cool features I found with this phone was the ability to download music off of your PC/Laptop and transfer it really easily and simply onto the phone using software provided; which you can then play back on the phone's built in MP3 player which works with headphones or through the phones speakers (which I was suprised to see were pretty loud considering!). The nicest thing about it is that you can transfer your favourite songs onto the phone, then use them as your ringtone or text alert. Other cool features is the amazing photo and video quality at an astounding 5 mega pixels which can be uploaded directly to the computer for editing or such like. But saying that, why edit on a computer when you can do it ON THE PHONE! Photo editing is simple and effective providing a range of options and techniques for making your pics look all shiny. Pictures can of course then be assigned to contacts or used as the phone's wallpaper. I won't go too much into it but the video quality is fantastic and really fluid even when played back, but wait there's more! This phone will even let you edit and string together movies and images in a sort of windows movie maker style program which I havent fully looked at yet (as I hardly have any video's on there yet (only bought the phone two days ago). Thats just to name a few of the many features on this stunning piece of technology. The only thing worth mentioning as everyone should know would be the battery life. It does run down fairly fast (it's not awful) but if you use it too much during the day by the time the evening comes about it will be running low, but saying that as soon as you plug it in to charge it's not long before the battery's back up again. Just remember to charge it whenever possible. The battery life is fair considering how much technology the phone handles, I'm still getting to grips with all the features and have already transfered a lot of my music onto it (good storage space too) and downloaded a few games. So if you do decide to buy the N95 think of it less as a phone with built in features and more as a mini PC with built in phone, and a decent one at that! Hope you found this information useful, have supplied my e-mail if anyone would like to ask me any questions -Tom
