I'm having a few problems with the cell.The call clarity is pretty poor(hissing noise) and when I was trying to use gps the phone rebooted.

Hello All,
All these days since Nokia Announced shipping of N 95 i was an regular reader of N 95 comments on gsmarena. Never posted my opinion about it as i always thought it makes no sense talking about something that u have not seen or used.
However as u all have gussed it right i have MY N95 now and hence i am in position to write about it. I am from India ( city, Pune ). Actually N95 is not oficially launched here. The one i have got is from Singapore market. The box has singapore warranty card. Yes have got the phone from the grey market for Rs.42,000/- ( 934 US dollars). Its officially launching after 7-8 days ( Rs. 38000/- ) Which means i have spent around 100 Dollars extra, but no regrets., however i did not have the patience to wait.
To begin with i would like to firstly talk about the weight of the set. Its very very light weight. Infact i always thought N73 was the lightest N series but N95 is much lighter.
Second best thing in this phone is the large display screen. Very very fine display.
Thirdly offcourse is the 5 mega pixel camera. Yes it takes real good snaps in better lighting conditions. However i feel in night SE 790 or 800 still takes better picks with 3.2 mega pixel only. It is definatly because of the Xeon Flash.
All the N 80 users, be happy now as the keypad of N95 has autolock when the slider goes downward.
The music Player is also fantastic. It 3.5 mm jack it gives effect as good as N 91.
Its been only half an hour that i havegot my phone hence have not checked the Browsing & GPS features. Shall write about it ASAP.
As of now worth the value.

Wow my phone arrived at 7:30 this morning, that's pretty rapid considering O2 told me it could take upto 14 days and won't be shipped till the 11th. I'm looking forward to trying the phone out for size.

i just got this phone yesterday and i am so impresed with its video recording its so so clear and sharp and more clear then my sony handycam amazing job done by nokia one probluem in all nokia phone flash lite can not be use as torch :-(

Hello every one! just one simple question.... i just bought N95 today and slider seems bit too easy to slide. u guys think it will loose up more? if it does then its a problem..... other than that great phone, extreamly fast. I love it

hey mabizzle,
Technology is way beyond this phone's league,technology has not reached its peak yet ,and im sure nokia can do way better than the n-95,i would say that the n-95 is just another symbian smartphone with some extra features packed in.So i guess even a dumb symbian user will be able to handle this phone,your not the only "clever" person around.

I'm very annoyed I got the phone with T-mobile but it doesn't come with a memory card so I can't set certain things up yet. I wish I'd known beforehand before so I could have gotten one!!!

Hi,
I just got this phone today, and i must say, this phone has been worth waiting for.
Supurb photo quality, and after reading a few posts i had to check the TV output after making a video. AMAZING.
Sound quality is Exellent, and a lot lighter in feel compared to the N80.
I will highly recommend this phone to anyone who requires great speaker quality, and video quality. Good buy to step vidoes, this is the real deal.

back again, forgot to mention i got a 1GB mem card in the box, plus tv-output cord, USB charger for phone when ur out and about and obviously ur charger e.t.c
You have to pay for ur GPS SATNAV maps - BUT o2 and stored ALL maps for the UK on the 1gb memory card in the box! wooohooo. satnav is difficult to work though grrr

hey, Just got the N95 from o2 on my staff discount for them and very impressed.
-Sound is ULTRA clear, on par/better than N91
-5MP is very clear but cant tell much difference from k800i, only way u can tell is when you take photo's up close thats where u can see the quality, but overall the quality is better than k800i and N73 at distances as well.
-the video is the BEST ever seen, so smooth and clear it is just like DVD quality!!!
-Very light and much smaller than i anticipated
-screen resolution excellent, very crisp and clear!
overall 10/10 for this phone.
p.s, got the last one available in south yorkshire hehe
