i would like to inform you that if this phone is found less than USD $1000 you are being scammed.
There are some emails sent out to the original nokia sales representative and when you purchase the phone make sure to ask them to verify the phone's geniuness by going on the n95's scan site. basically all they do is in front of you they'll enter the product usp number and that should show the consumer the fakeness or its originalness.
If the seller says its not possible than you can complain against them via nokia's regional website. Nokia will then investigate and your money from the seller would be refunded*. so spend the money only if its the genuine phone.
Also there are many fake sites which will just take your money from you and you will not even get a box in exchange. They are all cheats!!!!!!
the reason being the phone's production cost is about 600 USD to nokia and they sell it to the wholesale sellers for about 750 a piece, and the wholesale sellers sell it to the shops near you for about 800-850 USD and to profit from the phones the sellers charge consumers about 900-1400 USD, depending on the seller and their location.

Hello . Im waiting for MrTringTring.com to open . I believe they will have it for a good price when it comes out . They are new and the i cant wait till they put up their prices soon .

i just ordered on from www.newhorizonwholesale.com and according to them it says they have it instock but i emailed them and here's what i got
"The phones have not shipped yet I spoke with them last night for over an hour. The quality testing is taking a while and they are not releasing any phones unitl the testing is complete on all of the units I asked for a clarification on a time frame and was once again told that they anticipate finishing that up within the next 24 hours.
I can still assure you that no one else is shipping the phone yet either. I use a total of 10 different accounts in China and Hong Kong as a reference point, and NONE of them are shipping either. At least not as of 10:00 p.m. last night."
so i dont know may be by monday i will have it. and i will let u guys know how it goes!

Nokia N95 will be available in Australia as of April 16th, again it has been delayed i have pre-paid for my fone for $1164 AUD, surprisingly cheaper then n93i, and can't wait for it... Trust me if you go for the cheap prices either on a foreign website or ebay/amazon and see the price at very cheap or they are suggesting the seller can give you a dozen or half a dozen if you buy 2 n95 then dont even think about going to buy!!

Guys, need your help..can you post what country is the nokia n95 made from? I went to some cellphone retailers and they couldn't give me a straight answer...
Some say nokia n95 are made in korea,some say made in europe,some say made in china...
Seems like no one knows where this unit made from.
I hope this gorgeous phone is made in finland or at least made by nokia... Hope it will not come from a company that imitates phone especially this phone is really hot in the market...
I have no against any country that makes cell phones but I just happened to be really picky when it comes to originality of the phone.
Most of us are willing to pay big bucks just to own this phone and we deserve to receive this phone fresh from hands of real nokia people, not from fakers.

Im frm India. I am a nokia certified phone tester. I received tis phone from nokia in january 2 months b4 its official reliz. I tested this fon. Its a good device. But has some issues. Some flaws r correctible an some r not. Its os needs som Ist aid. It hangs on gps and can b inaccurate at times. Camera is not true 5+ mp. Its interpolated 5 mp. Processor is powerful but power hungry. OS fails to utilize processors strength to the max. Gprs runs ok but 3rd party browser is needed. In built Internet browser is useless. It has a gr8 sound system. Gsm Signal gets amplified in poor signal areas. Its display is vivid. It is slightly over weight. Key pad is average. Pc connectivity and sync has big issues. It cannot get good fast internet speed over gprs ven hooked to pc. Overall tis fon is good but early birds r goin to b losers both in terms of money and in terms of quality. U shd w8 fo few months . Price will drop down to abt 300£ and firmware corrected. Anybuddy havin further Qs ask. I can answer but only those which r permitted. Thanx

dont buy from www.newhorizonwholesale.com... i checked out the site... i think they only offer paypal payment. that is not good... onli buy from sites which use credit card payment.... to the ppl asking about cti miami, i would suspeect they are legit, gsmarena is adveertising them and also they use credit cards, cant go wrong there.. im livin in jamaica, n ive been waitin for this fone from sept, thinkin of buying from cti-miami.. ne wayz.. lataz mi dupes

i also work for carphone warehouse and the below comment about being free on a 35 pound a month contract just isn't true. please can people stop ruining it for the rest of us. as for the N95 being compatible with a microwave, nokia have added a new connection port on the handset which can connect up to most electrical devices which enables you to fly. top that motorolo
