    THE WAIT IS OVER! I found N95 in stock after weeks of research. and i am 100% sure it is not scam, because that website has been around for quite long time with good reputation. I also bought my previous phone from them, and i just talked to their sales department and they told me they have 20 of them in stock currently..the website is http://www.pagecomputers.com and the phone is listed as Nokia 9500 for some reason, but when i talked to them they said it is actually N95 and for some reason, they listed it as 9500. Anyways, if you don't believe the legitimacy of the website, just google them and see. And no, I am in NO WAY affiliated with them. Im just a "over-excited" N95 fan. Check it out now, thank me later!!!

              What about the logistics of the phone? The collaborative pyrotechnics are fairly unstable i've heard. Does the GPS contain centra-intennial capability? Does this work in highly magnetic loacted field or must it be dislocated? I need to know this before i make my purchase

                I, like many here, am eagerly awaiting for a release of this phone. Unfortunately, there are a number of scammers who are preying on that fact, attempting to make a quick buck. Please note that if a seemingly legit website only accepts western union payment or any other non-reversible transaction method, it's probably not legitimate. Another sign that a website is probably scamming is that lack of a secure checkout page. The web address of a secured checkout page should start with https, not just http. Also you can look for the lock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The only legitimate site that was selling the n95 that I know of was http://www.cti-miami.com , but they seem to have run out of stock of the phone. Hopefully this post will save a few people the frustration and the lost money from dealing with the scam websites.

                  lol, hight demand at launch? name one thing that hasn't been in hight demand when it launches? seriously thingk about it... delays to this phone and the fact that nokia have change their website layout must mean something is going on with the phone? i agree with previous post that say this phone is over price, networks will tend to shy away from supporting it... due to price and the numerous issues with the nokia "n" series... wase of space realy

                    I talked with Mobilebee.com and the answer was:

                    Thank you for contacting Mobilebee.com Customer Support
                    Hello,

                    You'll be able to use it in Brazil, since it's a quad-band phone (GSM 850/900/1800/1900 Mhz). This cellphone will be available in 35 days. Unfortunately we are online store only and we don't have a retail store, the address on our website is our office address.

                        Fot those of you who thaught that this phone is cancelled you are wrong. Nokia said that they removed the N95 from their web page cause they added the Nokia N92, but it will not be cancelled. We will need to wait til Q2 2007.

                          nokia! you idiots! what the hell were you thinking putting a Li-Ion 950 mAh in this phone? you should have put a Li-Po 1100 mAh.

                              Now, come on, let's stop the speculation, would you?

                                The Nokia N95 louch may be cancelled in the US but it's not cancelled worldwide (at least, not yet). The Nokis website in Russia still displays it like the US site used to: http://www.nokia.ru/phones/models/n95/

                                  In response to 'The Real Nokia Sales' post;

                                  Link us to a press release. I know Nokia have a habit of giving out press releases of practcally EVERYTHING they do, so go on. Hook us up. Prove once and for all that the N95 is still upon us.

                                  I'm finding your post very hard to believe, due to the fact that I had an actual representative from Nokia in the UK here, in my shop, telling me that the N95 has been cancelled mid-development.

                                  So go on. Prove me wrong.

                                    Good lord. Perhaps you should all stop monging over this phone. It' been cancelled. A nokia rep was in the store I work in today (I sell phones). Basically, there's no demand for it from the major retailers across the globe. Apparently, It's gonna be too expensive and the cost to manufacture is currently too high.

                                    True, this was always going to be a highly specced handset, but as it turns out, It's just too expensive to manufacture just now...

                                    What you all should do is switch off your computers and go outside. Leave your phone at home. Go with your girlfriend and have a picnic in the park. Go see a movie. I find it hard to believe that every poster in this thread is a seperate person... I mean, come on...

                                    It's only a phone...
