LaloMex, 22 Dec 2009The ugrade for n95, its only for the n95-1 (europe)model. WTF!!again my n95-3 has firmware 35. check for a firmware update on the nokia website for your device.
yes. it did take a while for nokia to accomodate the n95-3's firmware. it was always about the n95-1. it is about the time they did something about it.

Just as the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show is kicking off in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nokia reminds the U.S. that it loves Europe more, by releasing yet another firmware update for the N95-1. This firmware, v31.0.017, makes the N95-3’s current v20.2.011 look positively ancient. The new N95-1 firmware should be available through NSU for all generic product codes, but remember to backup your information, since the N95 does not have UDP (User Data Preservation).
I’ve chatted with a few Nokians about my strong feelings regarding the shaft that the N95-3 NAM gets from Nokia in terms of firmware updates, and it always seems to come down to ‘business sense’. There are a massive number of N95-1 owners, and despite every blogger that I know having forked over his own $$ for the N95-3 (including myself), apparently there are simply fewer of those in the market, and thus, less reason for Nokia to use resources to develop the firmware update.
Personally, I think that’s garbage, since we paid the same price for ours that the Euro folks did, and deserve the same level of support. What do you think? Should I just give up and get a new phone that Nokia (might) fully support, or do you think I’m still justified in wanting a firmware update for my N95-3, especially since obviously the other N95s are getting updated?

I have this phone N95-3 Norteamerica/Latinamerica(firmware 20.2.011); and I don't know WHY I can't upgrade the firmware same as the N95-1 Europa (firmware 31.0.017) with Auto-Rotate and other great features. I like to ask to Nokia Company, WHY this discrimination to users of the N95-3 ??????

got this one before getting a n97. i have lived with this for over two years. surely, this one was a king of its kind. everything one would have needed and wanted are all there packed in one single-mixed plastic and metallic objects, to say the least.

I've had this phone for almost 4 years. It's been great for music and picture. I also like voice quality so much since my ear is clear.

farooq, 16 Dec 2009i have a nokia n73 and i want to sell my n73 and buy n95 bu... moreI have N95 , yaar its a great set because it has many extra ordinary features like high speed Wifi,GPS,3.5G, 3D Dual Speakers, Large display , DVD like super video(3MP camera is also good but there is 5MP), also u can read Review on this website about N95 having high vote rate.So its much better than N73.Specially in WiFi and Great Large Display and Dual Processor.If U have money then pick it up from shop and use it also u can install Islamic softwares as well.

i have a nokia n73 and i want to sell my n73 and buy n95 but i think that the camera result of n73 is better than n95 although n95 is 5mp and n73 is 3.2mp but i think so please guide me to get n95 or not

I have been using the N95 for more than 2 yrs now. Its a pretty good phone, the camera is excellent and the music quality is good too. All the features wrk gr8. You can download dozens of softwares for the phone too. The battery aint that good though.

You may have these options: clear cache, or browsing history depending on your browsing software. For the built in browser just navigate through it and find such option. Other browsers usually have same options in deleting cache. Just try it.... Another is you may have other apps opened while your web browser is open. Try closing those apps except the browser, because this phone doesnt have that much enough RAM to accomodate lots of apps..
