n95 8gb vs n82?
which is better in music in head phone?
which is better in battery life?
which is more reliable?

The phones I've mentioned all have their area of specialization but it doesn't mean they underperforms in other multimedia departments in comparison to N95 8GB. And pls don't say that N82 has very poor battery life like you're addressing all the battery life issues of the original N95 to it. N82 can be used for non-stop web browsing for up to 6 hours from full charge. N95 8Gb does not specialize on anything. If you haven't figure it out, all the N9x specializes on a specific multimedia front: N90 - 2 MP imaging, N91 - music and sound quality, N92 - mobile TV, N93/i - video recording, N96 - video playback, N97 - internet and social networking. Only N95/8GB has no specialization. It was supposed to specialize on 5MP imaging. But no, it only introduced it. Yes it was the first 5MP phone (N95). But it is N82 that became the 5MP imaging king. N95 8GB is just the update to the N95 which is the one that introduced all these cutting-edge technologies that later devices specialize on. So don't regard you're N95 8GB like it's the best or it's invincible. Because it's not!

Ofcourse u will not cho0se N95 8gb because u are against it. Ryt?
N95 8gb called all-in-one device because of having all specialization in it.in music.camera.gaming and browsing.Ur N82 only shines because of its xenon flash. Nothing to follows. And also the keypad is much more important in a mobile phone. N82 keypad is not messaging friendly, not gaming friendly . Not a musicphone because of poorer speaker and it d0esnt have a dedicated music key so if u are browsing u nid to minimize it b4 u can change the song (by ucng speakers), much poorer battery life, all the advantages of N82 to N95/8gb is only on its flash. . And xenon flash is not too important in a mobilephone. U can only used it when u are in a dimm or dark area. Wc the N95 can also do that, u only nid to adjust ur setting and u will suprised when u took picture in a dark area. Its just pretty good. And thats it. N95 8gb is the real all-in-one device specialization in all aspect. In gaming,musicphone,txtmsging,cameraphone and web browsing Admit it that ur N82 is 4 camera phone only^^,

All the other devices are great but in specializing for one thing they have weaknesses in other areas. Even n97 might not have a perfect pics quality but it would be quite childish to call it a inferior device to N82. Because it will be light years ahead in all other areas. So if u want above average features in all areas go for N958gb. If u want excellent featurein only one area go for N82, N85, N96....It's not hard to understand is it?

But if u want let's say 8/10 or 9/10 in all those categories nothing beats N958gb. And we prefer 8 or 9 instead of 4 or 5 phones. So we finally agree. But i would not call N958gb an average phone. It's probably the most complete high-end phone ever built. A reference to them all.

N95 8GB cannot be better than any other phones because it doesn't excel in any multimedia department. It has no specialization whatsoever. N95 8GB is for average users only. What do I mean by average users? Average users are those people who are not keen into photography. Those who are not audiophiles. N95 8GB is for people who want just an all-in-one device. Nothing more nothing less. If I want the best music phone will I choose the N95 8GB? Of course not. N85 and N96 are far superior in music quality even if they aren't positioned as music phones. If I want a phone that can literally be a portable DVD player will I choose N95 8GB? Not again, N96 is a better video player and the cheaper 5800 is the fusion of a perfect music and movie players. If I'm keen into photography will N95 8GB be the right choice? No way! N82 does exactly everything that N95 8GB does plus a special focus on mobile photography. That is N95 8GB. All-one-device with no focus, no specialization. It could outstanding but it would be such a shame to ray it's the best given all it's weaknesses I've pointed out. I think it is the most overhyped and overrated because of it's index number. N96 may be a dozen times worse than N95 8GB for having a slower processor, shorter battery life and no 3D accelerator. But N96 is hundred times better than N95 8GB for having a dedicated audio and video processors, FP2 and menu transitions, and unlimited amount of memory. And compared with N82. Hardware and software is same as N95 8GB plus better flash, plus better sound quality, plus expandable memory. If you can't narrate the things why N95 8GB is better than N82 or any other Nokia multimedia phones, then stop calling it the best. Because you have to give reasonable assessments to conclude that a phone is better than the rest.

can u temme which one has da best sound quality since thts all i care abt in a fone apart frm Wireless..

waaooooo.....n95 8gb is sooooo nice and beautifull cell of nokia brand.i use this for 1 nd half year i never judge any kind of fault

Even N96 is a dissapointment compared to it. But if you can get the features you want with N78 or N79 that's great and you will be saving a lot of money. I want the best there is from a phone out there and therefore don't compromise. But you must know that N958gb came out in 2007 and after 2 years it's still a reference and can match any phone out there not only from Nokia...So that's my strategy - when signing a contract with a provider i choose the best there is - which means that after two years i still own a top device. But you have to be willing to spend some extra cash:) Regards!

i am using a nokia n78 for 2 weeks,and he is incredible over wifi,and te n95 gb of my friend it's nothing compared with my n78.

Common....man, don't you realize that you're still on N958gb forum and you're defending N82 against N958gb while nobody asked you to do that....By doing that you're admitting N958gb is a better phone than yours. It's not our fault you chose N82. We chose the flagship and that's what we got:)But we didn't start the fire...and you can't convince us that your unit is better....Poor man - needing other people's approval that he is enough hahahaha

N95 8gb is much better than N82. N82 only shines because of its xenon flash.If u are looking 4ward with the true multimedia computer then N95 8gb is the answer. N82 is only focusing on imaging while N95 8gb is the all-in-one device. In gaming, music, camera, much better build quality and design,much larger skrin and has infrared,also with fp2 ui. As of today. Many people wanted a unit that they will enjoy more. So N95 8gb is the clear winner!

You've been using your N95 8GB for 2 and a half years now and N95 8GB was officially released in November 2007? Do you know how to count months or you're just exaggerated? Why would I want an N95 8GB? N82 is my most favorite Nseries and N85 is my second favorite. I love N82 because it's an improved N95 in candybar form with Xenon flash. I like the N85 because it looks so beautiful, the design and the UI. N95 8GB looks like a monster. It's huge and wide. It's not my type. I prefer N85 thousand times over N95 8GB. And I prefer N82 million times over N95 8GB.

And oh, I forgot to ray. Don't ray N82 has a very bad keypad. Because it only took me 3 days to get accustomed to its keypad. Infact, I've been writing all my postings here using T9 on my N82. See my posts with M@T2 code? That's using Opera Mini. And this one using Opera 8.65 and Google Wap emulator.

More people prefer listening to music with headset or headphones on rather than via loudspeakers because that's the ideal music experience. And N82 clearly wins based on sound quality via the 3.5mm jack. Won't you include the placement of 3.5mm jack? The pocketability? How about the GPS sensitivity? Can you run Nokia Sports Tracker on your N95 8GB inside your pocket as it tracks your activities using the GPS? Which phone is more compact and durable? In these aforementioned areas N82 beats N95 8GB. If people will say N82 looks ugly they're probably looking on the internet photo of a silver N82. What about the memory expandability? Admit it. 8GB is so small considering the large amount of media that we can put on the phone. Again, N82 has the upperhand. If you will put N95 8GB against N82, you should also consider those things I've mentioned because they are indispensable nowadays. Pitifully, your N95 8GB can only hold up to 3,000 songs of medium quality MP3s with no more spare disk space to capture a single image file or shoot a even just a minute of TV-quality video. I'm telling you. N82 is not just a plain camera phone. It packs everything that your boastful N95 8GB has to offer in a much more compact body. If you want a plain camera phone, then buy a Cybershot phone. :-p

I do a lot of web browsing on my phone. I chat, and I post here using my phone. It gets me through around 6 hours of continuous web browsing on a single charge especially when I'm not doing anything at all. So what's you're saying that N82's battery cannot last a whole day on moderate use is a complete lie. I never tried testing my phone on moderate use because my phone is my computer. I do a lot of web browsing on it. 6 hours on continuous web browsing is what it takes to drain its battery completely from a full charge. You can ask other N82 users with v31 fw about it or you can try it for yourself. If it lasts 6 hours on continuous web browsing, how much more if I will use it moderately.

Mine lasted not even a day and i just used calls and sms. I wonder what would happend if i took a couple of pics with xenon flash. With N958gb i can do whatever i want and i can not drain it in 2 days. On average it lasts between 3-4 days. And it has a bigger screen then N82....so we have a clear winner here...Regards!

For me, I choose N95 8GB.

Actually is all up to individual, just choose between an all rounder (N95 8gb) or a ultimate camera (N82).

About design, I love big screen, and i love the n95 8gb design more than nokia n82. I really really hate n82 keypad. I love slider and music key. so n95 8gb win here.

for camera, N82 is leading here with super Xenon flash, but I would satisfied with nokia n95 8gb night photo shot as long the photo wont look "greenish". more over, there alway won't too dark outside with the road light and other light source, LED flash or night mode is enuff for me.

RAM and Processor is equal here.. no winner

N-gage gaming. N95 8gb leading here, with capable of playing the game in landscape mode using the media key (software require).

Music quality. I love n95 8gb sound quality with 2 stereo speaker, n95 8gb is winner here.

Overall, I prefer n95 8gb. Take n82 if camera is your first priority.
