I've been using nokia n95 8gb for the past 6 months. Its the best phone i've ever owned. No problems so far and this is the beast in terms of features. Battery life is also very good...lasts me 2 days. My only gripe will be its built-quality....it just looks plasticy and cheap for 600dl phone.
I am thinking of selling this and get HTC HD. Only reason I want is its huge touch screen. It also has great specs and reviews in internet. But i dont know if it is smart decision to go with htc. Anybody own htc hd???

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I’d definitely recommend both the N82 and N95 8gb…..i had the same problem trying to find a new nokia smartphone….but after some serious research….i knew I had to get the N95 8gb. The 5800 is very pricey at the moment. The N85 has an awesome screen and brings some new features but it might be a regret getting it considering the build quality and stability of the phone though it betters the appalling plastic of the N96. So only the two phones, N82 and N95 8gb, are worth getting. Both have Dual CPU and 3D processor, very stable UI especially with firmware v.30, brilliant camera producing pictures better than the other two phones, MUCH better build quality. But when picking either the N95 8gb or N82…its your choice. A person might prefer the N82 for its smaller size, tough candybar form factor, cheaper price and xenon flash. While the N95 8gb has the huge screen, better keypad, dual slide form factor and 8gb built-in memory. I guarantee that both choices are ones you won’t regret. I’ve been hearing bad feedback from N85 and N96….and some have returned it to get the N95 8gb. So im sure you wont get disappointed.

well said chu, i agree.
i have researched several phones intensively and found that overall n95 8gb with firmware 30.0.018 is the best, including n96, n82, innov8, and several others

Got it a few weeks ago! And so far, its amazing....huge 2.8 inch screen, awesome 5 megapixel camera and DVD recording, loud stereo speakers, huge memory...the list goes on and on...but i obviously enjoy downloading apps and games...especially the Ngage ones. And my firmware is the latest~ v.30.0.018....auto rotation is built in and the UI is really stable. This phone's a real step up from my previous n93i. Im really pleased i got this phone instead of the new nokias availible such as the n96 or n85....this feels better built and so far, this is the best smartphone ever built...so be proud fellow n95 8gb users! Sorry n96-ers, but the n95 8gb is obviously the BETTER one.

Great phone! The best I've ever had. I've had it for about 7 months and the only complaint is NO push email. Thinking about picking up the SE X1 next.
