just got my new n95 8g yeaterday overall qulity of the phone is excellent the hardware feels good compared to my n95 1 and obviously the screen is much better as it flush with the sides and is less likely to gather dust which really annoyed me on my original n95 the slide action feels better too. someone commented on the sound qulity that it is better than the original n95 personaly i dont think it is in there case the speakers in the original n95 have probably just lost sum of ther qulity and now ur new n95 8g sounds better but here is something that dissapointed me . 2days before my new n95 arrived i updated the firmware on my n95 1 and it is exactlly the same as the firmware on the n95 8g but if anyone is looking to get a new phone this n95 8g should be took into consideration as a contender especially as it supports a div x player and after downloading a free divx converter form mobile i watch all my movies from my phone diplayed on my plasma which is outstanding i love this phone for what u can do with it and for how easy it is to operate.

1. Is N95 8GB better or as good as N82? What are the major differences?
** yes it is.. the screen size.. and the soud.. n95 8gb is louder than n82..
2. Can you watch sites like youtube on this handset?
** yes you can..
3. Does this phone have accelerometre?
** is accelerometer the one that is responsible for rotating screen? in firmware version 20 it has an auto rotate..
4. Is this a durable phone? Whats the build quality like?
** its up to you how you took care on it..
5. Is the picture quality very good at night?
Is it better than K850i?
** yes it is much better..

I need help on how to use the GPS system
I'm from Canada so I dont know if this interrupts the GPS option or not but I have no way of making it work :(

Amm....no you have to install the dics you got with the phone and then it will install it all for you....
i have a problem to ....i just got mine....only have 8 songs on it but when i go to put a movie on it , it says i have not enough room , but the movie is only 18mb ?.....i think its because i have to put it onto my memory card i got with it...but i dont no how 2...any ideas?

Hi, i just got n95 8gb recently. great phone with rich features. however, my phone doesn't automatically rotate even after i upgrade my firmware to V 20.0.016 and set the rotate screen options to automatic. does the automatic screen rotation only works for n95 8gb in europe? i'm from malaysia.

U don't need rotate me, just update ur Nokia N95 8GB to its latest firmware and u will have ASR - Automatic Screen Rotation option in the Display settings

Hi, just got n95 8gig wonderful phone, i noticed whilst on it that if i go in the ngage file it says i can download for free i'm on o2 i didn't pick bolt on but if i download it, will it still charge me? And if so is there anyway i can get it from internet to install on the phone?
Also any recommended games on the ngage thingy cause they look awesome on the trailer bit when go into that file.

To the person asking about delivery reports, are you on O2 UK? If so, to recieve a delivery report you have to prefix *0# before the text (then start the the text with no gaps).
Example: *0#Hello how you doing?... You will loose 3 characters from you text message. This does not apply for picture messages, only text messages.

firmware upgrade realy helps..
it improves the battery life.. and also the added features like the auto rotate.. its fun to use.. try to upgrade your firmware version..

Hi all, just got this phone and i have to say well impressed with it, only thing is on my delivery reports even though it gets delivered it says in the folder its pending but don't say delivered. Can i get a software update to rectify this problem? anyone else had it? Whats the difference with getting software update? does it make it any better?
