*#7370# will reset all phone fatures and deleted all phone nubers...works for me and you can find all maps for nokia n95 8gb on http://nokiamaps.moo.no/ -for free and maps works very good....I alredy try on my phone......

Yeah, he's right!
It beats me... Maybe it didn't install correctly from the CD/DVD (by the way, it's a DVD the one that I have).
But then again, try downloading the PC Suite from nokia :-??
In the end, try on another computer. If it doesn't, then you better report it to nokia, tell them it might be a faulty PC Suite, due perhaps to faulty DVD, the one that you have been given.

Great speakers! The best functions! Great Camera!
8GB memory is useless as u can't listen to the music cozof battery life too short. And it is thick like Brick.

Oh my God, This is really frustrating
I'm trying to update my phone's firmware.
I installed PC suit that came in a CD with my phone, when I tried to update in the NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER it said I had to install the last version of the nokia PC suit, so I did it, then when I try to update my phone the NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER just keeps: Starting aplication ; and nothing happens (it can be like that for half an hour and nothing happens)
I've already tried turning the firewall of, formating my mass memory and re-starting the phone (no a hard restart) just the one in the menu> settings > General > original adjustments.
And nothing seems to happens, I can't get an upgrade :S
This doesn't seem a problen on the phone, maybe it is the pc suit.
ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!

I'm not entirely into Nokia Maps, or things like GPS, although one of the reasons I bought the N95 was that it had GPS. I'm gonna learn more about that!
