Bottom line is that, after having thousands of phone models in my hands, this is for sure the best phone at this moment in my opinion, there is no competition for it until now, not even close. W960i, LG KU990, Samsung G600, F700 or anything you might think about are simply no match.

The ONLY things it doesn't have judging by today's standards are a touchscreen, a Windows Mobile OS and perhaps a QWERTY input, but then it would have been the perfect phone, and things are never perfect, are they? :)

However this is the best non-PDA phone money can buy TODAY, trust me.

I played with the phone for a while... It definitely looks and feels a lot classier than the original N95. And the screen seems a lot larger, even though the difference seems small on paper, it is actually striking, this is how it should have been in the first place.

I use the N95. What a GREAT phone. BUT I can't use AUDIBLE player. Does anyone know if the N95 8Gb supports AUDIBLE.
                Thanks

i have the normal N95 and its awesome but to have the 8gb as well makes it even better. The facilities on the phone probably makes it the best phone on the market. I would advise anyone not sure to get one. I will be getting the new 8gb version. lee

a camera isnt a camera if it doesnt have flash. flash is a must during photography. people who like nokia are just plain racist.

Remember, two rights does not solve a wrong!
Upping the battery life AND the specs all at the cost of losing both the memory card slot and camera lens only made the phone drop in quality.
-No camera lens brings on long term problems.
-No hotswap/memory card slot makes inconveniences more inconvenient.
-Having the phone run more capable with a small upgrade of the battery doesn't solve the problem of the under expectancy of everyday usage. If 1 - 1 was 0 then why would they do 2 - 2? Would've been better if it was 2 - 1, cause then you'd at least still have 1.

Baah, still no touch screen then? Stupid Nokia, making the same phone but just add more memory. If all I want is more memory I can buy a NEW MEMORY CARD, not a whole new phone for god's sake.

                              This phone is a rip-off.

Well, here is why. Nokia engineer believe that a phone should be handle with one hand. That is all to it. If you want a touch screen Iphone is already doing a good job at that, why don't you buy a Iphone. But Nokia believe that a phone should be handle with one hand and that is that, otherwise they would state on making a Nokia PDA N95 8gb, but they didn't so too bad

Man, why Nokia just improved the battery and memory. This phone would be greater if it has a touch screen just like the Apple i phone. I think Nokia Engineer make a big mistake by repeating the N 95 or they are just simply lazy to work on the touch screen.

UI & for factor from Apple added next to all the bells & whistles from Nokia would make the perfect phone for me. Throw in SE's Xenon. Shame Nokia didn't include a lens cover for this one. I may just get the original just for that and the expandable memory slot. If you want a touchscreen Nokia, just wait for this-
