N97 have faster porcessor but only 1, while N95 has dual. In an optimized application (or with multiple running applications requiring processor time) N95 therefor has more processor power, if the subsystems (like for example RAM) can keep up.
Those who say 664, dual 332 MHZ does NOT mean total of 664MHz. Put two horses side by side, they will not be twice as fast as the single horse. They wil not be faster at all, but they can share the load.

baale, 29 Mar 2010wat is firmware wat does it work for and how can i update t... morehey balle, firmware is actually a program sort of thing in the phone which helps to fix bugs and make the phone to have more features. the newest firmware version for n95 8gb is v35. u can update your firmware by downloading the NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER from nokia.com. after u have installed the nokia software updater on your computer, connect your n95 8gb to the computer and follow the instructions to update the firmware.

N-gage is an APALLING service its like they've given up already, no one is ever online. The only game worth having is ONE which has better graphics than a DS
DONT BUY THIS PHONE if battery life is an issue for you, believe me when I say your lucky to get even 2 days worth on average from it.
O wait thats only 48 hours!!!!
not the 290 hours said here!!

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970i can tell you to buy the both phone but the choice is on your hand:P, to buy a phone are several citeria but depend of what you want from a phone if u want camera choose n95 8gb, if you want music choose n95 8gb, if you want new/other software,big screen,touchscreen,possible big battery,big cpu,high quality video, then choose samsung i9000 galaxis;), look at the specification,review if is possible and then choose want you want.

lionel, 27 Mar 2010i instaled 31.0.017 the new firmware and i have no N-ga... moreupdate the last firmware,i have the v 35.0.002 and have the n-gage on menu but if u dont have menu than wait for new update and have the n-gage.

ABOUT N95 8GB. And N85, OBVIOUSLY THE WINNER IS THE N95 8GB. Even better than n96, n86, 5800, or n97. Why?, because the processor... The n95 has 335+335=670 mhz.! Processor. The n96 and n86 225+225 mhz, the n97 and 5800 single 435 mhz. And last n85 is the slowest only single cpu 369 mhz. Processor. N95 8gb. has not only fastest processor... 8giga internal memory, 128 ram memory, 3d acelerator and 2.8 larger screen.

guys i hav updated my firmware to V 31.0.015 .... so is that fine????? n whats the diff between d version i hav n the Version 35 ????
