I've had this phone for 1year 8months and 10days!!! this is a record for me because I don't keep my cell phones for too long and I replace them with new models, but this phone is just amazing;after all this long on the market it is still one of the bests.I wanted to replace it too but I couldn't find something better.the review says beautifully"Return of the king"
features on this phones are great e.g. great 5MP camera and great video recording, stereo speakers are exploding in a big living room, brilliant calling, really nice speed and etc.
best phone I've ever had, thanks Nokia

N95 8GB, I got mine about 2 months ago, so far it's a really good entertainment phone. To find a phone that actually suit you best, 1st look at your life style. If you have more free time, an entertainment phone like N95 8GB is good for you have games, high quality music, or the SE W995 which has the same features. If you are a business person a phone like N97 or X1 will do you wonders you need to carry your laptop everywhere. I hope this opinion helps some whos looking to buy a phone but can't make a decision.:)

lol he never bought it got it for free, yeah if the n95 8GB had an internal memory slot for micro sd card would be perfect, with regards to storing movies? in reply to the 6300 comment, sure u can go ahead and do it, eat ur battery life up and then they might as well close down cinemas and not sell tv's anymore lol coz the N95 8GB or N97 or omnia or whatever u have can replace ur tv, yes its great to have these features, but arent things like 3G, gps navigation, wifi, bluetooth, 12 megapixel cameras, video players and all the other applications etc enough for a phone, those features are a added luxury but hey if sum1 wants a 100GB phone and store 50movies then thats great for him, i just think we expect to much, we dont really need to watch tv on a phone, im happy with my 6110 navigator and N78, woudnt mind a N95 GB also tho.

N95 8gb was launched in the year 2007-08 and at that time 8gb internal memory was considered huge + lack of external memory slot wasn't a big issue either.
But in the year 2010, the demand for smartphones with more and more internal + external memory has grown multiple-folds.
People talk a lot about smartphones replacing the computers some day and for that to happen the former has to catch up with the memory process and better RAM.

yaseen, 12 Jan 20108GB is more than enough, my cuz has the N97 he doesnt even ... moreSo what's the point of having an all-round multimedia device if you won't watch and store movies and media on it? Your cousin should've bought a 6300 instead. Lol

8GB is more than enough, my cuz has the N97 he doesnt even use more than 3GB, who wants to store and watch movies on a phone, this also drains the battery tremendously, if u wana watch movies go to the cinema or watch it on a HD tv or ur laptop, otherwise if u a person who doesnt store movies on ur phone then 8Gb is more than enough for pics, applications, music, etc. one day when they come out with a 100GB phone then the N97's 32Gb internal memory plus 16Gb card slot will also be too little hey lol

8GB is not enough for a multimedia powerhouse like the N95 8GB.

Simply the beat....I like it more than others...If there extra memory it would be the best handset...

Only if n95 8gb had external memory slot, would hav been all time great. These days 8 GB isn't enough as people store lot of core player compatiable videos and camera recordings these days- look even N82 can be expandable to 16 GB and N96 even more. Nokia missed a trick here with their King. King has a short memory.

gonfreeccss, 10 Jan 2010hi, how do i upgrade the firmware of my n95 8gb? and ... moreeverything will be deleted so you should back up everything you've got. you should get "Device software update" from the Nokia site and it will update your firmware once you run it. be careful not to touch your phone during the process.
