regarding to the question from captnis. i have some experience and want to share with you. actually, this symbian version has got some issues of compatibility with 3rd software, irrespective it is theme or functional software. even the new version of firmware, 12.043, still not fix these issues yet. i am using N96 as well, and i am standing these issues, waiting for the next version of firmware. so i advise you not to hope so much that your theme will work completely.

Someone pls help me i have asked multiple times...
I have downloaded some animated themes in my n96, but when i set that animated theme in my set, its not animating actually. how can i solve this problem? pls help i'll ever grateful. thanks

nokiua n96 is agood phone but it is very expensive phone.its software is show little bit problems.when we entered the memory card it become heald.pleaz solve this problem.plz

N96 has a very good sound quality output either with built-in stereo speakers or with head phones.Correct settings of it's equalizar will satisfy to both of the ears.Any loud adjustment may impare the hearing condition.Good recorded mp3 songs will produce the correct sounds and enjoyment.

Recently I have purchesed N96.I felt some difference with this phone. I am biased about Nokia phones but still I went thoroughly inspect and compare this N96 with others.So far I saw, It is bit hard to adopt fully as a phone friend like other nokia smart phones.The user guide book would have been more descriptive which I watched in other manuals of Nokia phones to grip features of the phone. It is based on Simbian platform, no doubt it is good but technically it is not so impressive than it's high price.Nokia could think more impressive about it's look and latest features improved rather than which I got in my hand with money from my pocket.Still It's not bad.As it is Nokia--N96.

battery life is not improved while compared wth other n series mobiles price is very high n95 8gb is better than this n96
