djera, 08 Jul 2012I have a problem with nokia n96, my phone resets itself. 30... moredo you update your device? its wrong you dont have to update it. because v30 of N96 software has problem. you must reset all data and previous version by this code: *#7370# maybe the problem solved.

I'm not agree with my friends here. becouse I have N96 about 6-7 month and Im very pleased of it. n.gage games of that is great!

true. The Update is a disaster. Not important anymore as it's obsolete. I hope nokia create a new improved t9 slide phone with competitive quality specs. Make it bigger screen and thinner. Both touch and with the most useful t9 keypad. Don't eliminate the joystick. The music control is stupid and redundant since already got extra push down multi media control, and make the t9 keypad easy for human standard thumbs. ↲i hope the next strike out model be named as Nokia n96 salute as a respect for nokia symbian lovers. Don't have to be complicated or too fancy. Symbian is still a very good system for me.

Slim, 19 Jun 2012i updated my n96, and it showed update complete. But my cam... morethe worst thing to do on your n96 is to upgrade it. Upgrade it will destroy yovr phone and it can't be repair or downgrade

Most N96 with V30.033 software version sucks. Phone restart itself and is a big problem for all users. Lock at this on every forum. Too many software problem in this phone. Realy dissapointed...may be nokia made an software update quicly.

fdsfsd, 08 Jun 2012from where watch free tv channel?? i turn on tv channel and... moreu can watch free tv channels on n96 only while using Wi-Fi, anyway in case u dont know about an app called FRING, u can download it to ur mobile phone (compatible with most of the smartphones) and make an account, and so u can make a free video call over the wi-fi with people who use the same app..i tried it, works better the skype on pc

AnonD-15027, 14 Jun 2012hello,anyone plz tell me n96 is better or n95 8gb in camera... moreas i tested, n96 camera is better than both, the n95, and the n95 8gb camera..but the only bad thing about the n96 is the slow processor, a tip for u, dont install programs like netqin anti-virus, or it will make ur mobile boot slowly..

uhm, i dont agree with u, well, in my family, we've got 2 n95, and 2 n96, and to say the truth, all of their batteries are awesome, we only need to charge them once every 2 days, anyway those batteries were bought from telecommunications companies, we've got 3 batteries from ORANGE, and 1 from another company
and yes, dont connect ur n95/n96 to the pc without a charger, i mean, today i connected my n95 to the pc, and restarted it while it was connected, suddenly, half of the battery is empty while it was fully-charged a min before.....

nokia n96 hangs because it has a very large input memory and arm 9 dual processor which is not sufficient at this memory.so to avoid hanging try nt to store a lot of data into it and also work on single app at a time and when u r finished properly exit it this increases phone performance.
