i like the n96. it's very good. i always go with nokia only. all the feature of n96 is very good. but the thing is the amount of 35000/- is very high.
is it a valid price to buy n96?

N96 is the best nokia fone ever!!! the quality is good, Camera is good everthing very good... Battery life not so bad...

I have N81 at the moment, its a great mobile. Do you think it will be a good idea to buy N96? and is it better than N81

N96's battery can live for at least 3 days with normal use, which is good. You can recharge it within 1 hr. With new firmware, it will live longer. Just make sure it is the original battery not a fake one. Many fake Nokia battries at these days and all of them carry the same original logo.

Could someone please explain to me why the battery is so weak?
I seriously want one of these phones, I've always gone with Nokia. But come on, that battery is pathetic, isn't it.

Any feature to discourage it from stealing? I had my N95 stolen and though it was blocked by our telecommunication company for further operation, I received messages that it can be reopened by experts.

shadow, 15 Oct 2008I bought the nokia N96 about 2 weeks ago, great phone and a... moreDnt worrie.....bro....just use ur pc 2 back up all ur data from the phone then format the phone ....After that reinstate ur data back in2 the phone and ul be gud....jst remember not 2 switch ur bluetooth off if not needed.....and check the Nokia site 4 firmware upd8es.... ;o)

I bought the nokia N96 about 2 weeks ago, great phone and all but I'm starting to have some problems. This is my first time using a symbian phone after using sony ericsson phones. Problem is I don't know if it's something I did wrong coz my phone turns white after or while taking pictures, listening to music and playing games. it just turns white and restarts itself. Is that bad?? Its bad right?? Is it some thing I did?? What should I do help me, please help a.s.a.p.

For non-N9... moreI agree with you 100%...
N95 8GB is a lot better. Mobile TV is a fad that won't catch on, I can assure everyone that, as it's not even available in many countries. And that's all that sets this apart from the N95 8GB. In fact, the N95 is better than this phone in many respects.

N95 8GB users have no reason to upgrade to N96.
For non-N95 8GB users seeking an all-in-one device, better get the cheaper but better N95 8GB than N96. Or if you can afford Samsung i8510 INNOV8, then go for it. INNOV8 is miles ahead and better than N96. Or if you could wait for the N97 and N98, you better save your money for now.

this phone is not worth the price. for its feature set, it should cost only 400 euros only not 700 euros! dvb-h and 16gb did not make it better than n95 8gb. n95 8gb is better than this.
