Go and see any phone model, samsung, HTC or as for that matter any of the other nokia phones.........this phone has got practically everything one can ask for, apart from its bulky size, really, just compare other phones, there is none like it.

hi,all r know nokia is bigest brand dealing in sell phones ,, nokia have more advance function & features copaier other brands, no dout all brnd r good but not comperission to nokia becouse nokia is very gooooood ,, you know nokia is mother of telecom & communication line......nokia connecting people.....is true logo of brand ....

after 3 days of using it i sure this is real one smooth multi tasking and mp3 playback quality is near to branded mp3 player well done nokia

Only 2 downsides of this ph which actually are NOT weaknesses.
1) Batt life: Reviews in some sites already stated that battery life is satisfatory. I am sure it will be better than Diamond. Ppl should not complain too much abt nokia battery (by just looking at its capacity). Samsung phs batt life is more terrible (I dun mention LG coz I never use LG b4). Last time I owned nokia 6300(popular for its weak battery) and samsung D900 . Both have abt the same battery life.
2) screen res of 240 x 320. If nokia make other screen res, almost all 3rd available s60 application may not be suitable for N96.

Im so tired of consumers complaining about battery life because whether its Nokia, Moto, Samsung etc; what do you expect from a high-end phone that has features that you may use for an adequate amount of time.... anyway, I have the N95 and the N82 and im satisfied but I know I will be getting the N96 once it is released. Im excited and cant wait!! Nokia phones are my all time favorites.

nokia is a very big company and it show no one can touch its image because 16GB inbuilt memory, no one can touch this record.

i hope this wil be upgrade with xenon flash,15.9 mp camera,autofocus,image stabilizer,face detection,divx,7.2 mbps,5mp front camera,infrared port,dolby digital,1000 gb internal memory,higher mhz processor, wid maps,bussiness card scanner,less bulky,16 gb RAM and expandable memory card 16 gb.can be change to touchscreen mode and keypad mode.OLED display.has living wallpapers,scratch resistant glass.autofocus lens or camera lens and all the feature of nokia phones should be added in this fone so that this wil be the no.1 fone ever.even the vertu fones are very expensive bcoz wid the golds added on it i do not care bcoz n96 wil be the no.1 fone if all the features of nokia fones will be added in this fone.thanks....hope the nokia wil do it

you should read the n96 review at allaboutsymbian.com. it's battery life managed to last longer than expected. this phone doesn't need a 1200mah battery. because its 950mah battery is equivalent to 1200mah battery already. thanks to its low power consuming processor and power efficient software.

what's the problem with you guys? n96 is not the only phone that has dual processor. even the n95, n95 8gb, n82 & e90 have even more powerful dual processor running at faster clock rate. and even the 3 years old n91 has a dual processor also. you won't multiply twice the speed of the individual processor since they run separately. and for people saying negative about n96's battery life, 950mah battery of n96 will last longer than 1050mah battery of n82. n96's processor consumes very less battery power compared to any other processors. plus the fp2 is very power efficient.

newly launched lower middle range phone like 5220 has 1050mah battery and this phone only has 950 shame nokia.i think they r out of thoughts and saving that feature for an upgrade just like n95.cheap market stratergy.nokia s...s
