what is more concern is batery life.... if battery life is not up to mark to support the application for long time then Nokia needs to come up with stronger battery. Otherwise before you enjoy multiple application ur screen starts flashing "Battery LoW" which definatly none of us would like to see.Lets hope for the good battery performanc

Nokia N96 is based on Symbian OS 9.3 S60 3rd Edition FP2 platform and this platform does not support touch-based functionalities. Nokia will release their first ever touch-based device on Symbian OS 9.5 S60 5th Edition UI in the form of Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, a midrange alternative to the Nseries, due to be out just before the year ends.

I don't talk about other new cool phone coming next or no 3D graphic chip, processor with fp2
It's seem a cool phone when N96 was announced in Feb, after half year later, NOW!? it is still not even ready... I think we should be calm to think about is it still WORTH waiting for?
We all known that this device's talk time is only about 220mins(not even 4 hours), no matter how big storage that nokia offered, after we browsing some website or youtube video, listening some songs or playing games, the battery light should be flashing, we don't really have enough time to enjoy those 16gb internal plus 8gb card slot, and beside, we have to worry and be carefully using those apps to save the energy, I haven't mention the GPS or TV usage so far, sigh...
The phone has been delay again and again, it must be something gone wrong, and when it is out in Oct, Nokia wants 550=800US from us, it's like they just too proud that people would still line-up for their brand because they have lots of fans not really care what nokia added on this device, these fans would still think it is charming.
Perhaps we have something better in Chrismas, be a crazy fan with no regret or to get something right and worthy is always your choice!

Orange will not have n96 in their portfolio, they will cotinue with windows htc rebranded units and lg units which work fine on the orange network. We will continue to work with alcatel, sagem and our own brand to supply value handsets to the customer...
